Has anyone else had issues with customer service contacting you back or ?. I bought 10 games and only 3 work. SO not happy and have emailed them already no response. Any Suggestions or am I just screwed
Maybe your computer is not powerful enough to play those games... You should check that first.

What are the games you're having problems with? It might be worth checking the game specific forums for help.

You have a 30 day money-back guarantee if Support cannot get the games to run, so I'm quite sure they'll get back to you.

They normally get to you within a day or two. I think a lot of people were having login problems with the new login screen so that may have slowed them down.

Keep in mind that GOG is located in Poland, so the time difference from being on the other side of the world can delay the response time...

You're not alone in this, many of my old GOG games won't work unless I play them on a relatively old machine. Sometimes the only solution to making an old game work is playing it on an older machine.

Depends on what's advertised for the game, though- always read the compatibility and min requirements stuff before buying old games from GOG; checking game-specific forums is also helpful, e.g. search for your OS in the search bar in that forum to see if people have had problems running the game on similar systems.

I don't know how to deal with old GOG games anymore- I wish GOG would just do a demo thing for such games because they look/play A LOT different on my PC than they do in screen shots/gameplay videos.
I've never had a problem with any of my gog games. O.o

GOG support happens during non-holiday weekdays during regular business hours and is located in Poland. They try to respond within 48 business hours, so if you contact them after hours or during holidays or weekends, it may take up to 2 days for them to respond once the next business day begins as support doesn't run a 24/7. Having said that, they generally respond very quickly when the office is open. All you have to do is wait until they're actually working and be patient, they're very good at what they do.
THe only game purchased here I consider as 'broken' is Corsairs Gold. The rest (ca 240) worked fine.
70% not working games seems to be rather high. I'm owning 300 of them and all are running, therefore I assume that we are all courious what games are giving you trouble.

We're generally able to respond in less than 24 hours, but we're still swamped with work after the Summer Promo.

I sent you a reply just now, please get back to us when you can. My colleagues will investigate your issue today, or tomorrow at the latest.

Actually, we do weekends now, though our work capacity is significantly lower then. ;)
