Well there's 2 occassions i have to respond to here, lets take the nitpicking 1 first:
The goal of a trial is allways justice, sometimes its just on the outskirt though :)
(Now if a trial is the best way to seek justice or not is a entirely different discussion)
But i would believe both the "haters" and "possitive people" are seeking justice in their own way.

Number 2: He was actually far below 0 when he made this post, by following your logic i could say he should be left at something like -17 (random number)
But i get your point, and i agree everybody deserves a fresh start: so the best thing to do would be if there was some rep reset.
But then again does the rep really matter? Lets remember the only 1 purpose of rep (well 2 if you consider the cyberdick) but the only purpose for rep in this instance i'd believe would be to sign up for free games (the calenders etc) which was the reason he was downrepped in the first place.
Call me an enthusiast, but im inclined to believe if this person was to just participate, and say "screw free games il just forum" it would stabilize with time anyway, and he wouldn't even need all "help" he's getting on this specific forumtopic.

Here is the reason why...you have been told MULTIPLE times to FORGET about REP....yet you constantly bring it up. Stop worrying about it, stop creating new forum posts to talk about yourself, and just start taking part in the community.

Forget about rep, forget about free games, and take part in the community and you will be fine.

If you keep bringing up rep, and keep trying to look like someone begging for rep then you will constantly be downrep'ed into oblivion.

If you truly want to be part of the community then be part of the community. Take part in conversations and have fun with everyone.

And finally, one more time...FORGET ABOUT REP.
