So... after Pit, I've decided to start work on one of my pet projects: Swamplands. A strange cross between survival horror, survival simulator, exploration, and stealth, with a little combat thrown in for good measure. It's easily double the size of anything else I've ever done, so it's also the first game that I'm developing with other people (my brother and I are collaborating on a lot of the design and he's writing the story, and I have someone else doing the sprite work and texturing).

Here's the development blog, fresh off the internet presses. Although we've been working on the game for about 2 months now, I didn't want to start trying to get people interested until the project was well underway. I have my doubts that anyone is going to be very interested anyway (the visuals don't have the flashy shininess of most indie titles, and the gameplay is decidedly niche), but hey... might as well try, right? At the moment, there's only one screenshot, but there will be more (of course) once there's more to show.
Here's some more information about the game:

If you're at all interested, check back every so often for development updates, screenshots, and anything else I feel like throwing up there.
