Where are the rumored games coming from? I don't see any indication of what this might contain.

Hold on... I can get "Jagged Alliance – Back in Action", "From Dust" and "To the Moon" for $5 0_0 ?
This almost made me question my devotion to the English language... almost.
Not bad.
Somehow I doubt that King Arthur's Gold will be DRM-free. It's on Indiegamestand at the moment and that is what they write about it:

"Please note that this online multiplayer game has DRM and requires that you create a username on the KAG servers to unlock all of the premium features."
Holycrap Cinders is in it.

<3

Love that title...

Depends on your definition of DRM-free. IGS also puts this on the actual game page:

"Please note that this game is DRM free only for its singleplayer aspect. The online multiplayer has DRM and requires that you create a player username on the KAG website."

I know people who've player King Arthur's Gold in singleplayer for tens of hours, but clearly it's intended primarily as a multiplayer title. So does singleplayer alone constitute "DRM-free"? I can see arguments for both yes and no.
is the bundle gone?

Geez, the only game I want is BTA. :(
I only want KAG
Is this another bundling site where they frown on giving away some of the keys? Because I'd be glad to buy the bundle but really only want Cinders and OddPlanet from it. Shame if I had to keep the other three when some folks would rather have them. But at the same time I don't want to violate policy.

AFAIK there's no keys, all games are download only aka DRM-Free. ;)
