Leroux: That's bad. Seeing that it's a new bundle and an underdog, I was hoping the guys responsible would be particularly interested in feedback exchanges with their customers in order to improve their service and eager to promote their bundle by way of quick and friendly replies.
Then again, the FAQ now says:
Q: For how long is the download page working? A: As long as GamesRage exists! If this time will have to be shortened a bit (storage space costs some), we'll notify you via email at least a month in advance. So maybe there's hope, in that they might have listened and just didn't send you an individual reply?
snip Ah, the changes must be very-very recent. I thought it might be the case, so I've been checking for changes on their site and they weren't there this morning.
I also suggested that they add a direct link to the supported charity and I see that they've done this as well.
It looks like they do listen. Still, a reply would have counted very positively - maybe they underestimated the work and time required to run a succesful bundle and are a bit overwhelmed.
Too bad they didn't expand their FAQ to cover other questions I asked - maybe they'll do so later.
Regarding the BTA - I seriously doubt it's current or properly updated; IIRC, it showed as $2.28 when they came back online and hasn't changed since.
Either way, you should contact them and see how you can get this sorted out.
