Aniki: For me, puzzle games like World of Goo, Spacechem, Minesweeper or Sudoku work very well.. They usually keep the problems thats stressing me off my mind..

tinyE: That's kind of funny to me.
I will give you 'Goo' and 'Sudoku' but 'Minesweeper' is actually a really bad game for me when I'm stressed. I'm no good relaxing with anything where every move might be my last move.
Well.. when I die in Minesweeper, it's usually a move that require guessing. It's more about luck than my skill as a Minesweeper player, so it doesn't bother me at all..
Dark Souls...

I KID, I KID.

Something light, where you wont be dying in an instant. Don't play anything like ARMA or Far Cry while stressed. Lighter shooters (Halo, ETC) Should be fine. Madworlds a very fun wii game to release your stress on :D If you have a wii.
Spaz usually calms me down thought it can make me rage quit it occasionally

That's actually a really good point. I can't say that I'm going to put Minesweeper on my list, but a good point none the less.
Gawd, Viva Pinata.

You can feel the tension whistling out of your ears.
Shooters usually or something else that allows mindless carnage (GTA games, some hack&slash RPGs etc.).
