Is there a way that we can have a list of games with the new installer or an update on our profiles when the new installer is available for a game that we have?

I found out some news on the new installers. They are working on trying to get all of the old games installers migrated over to the new one by the end of the frist quarter of 2013. You can tell if a game installer has been migrated over to the new one by checking on the installer version. If it is 2.X then this means that the game has the new installer.

Is it just me or did they remove the option to use your own DOSBox installation?
this was in another topic too...apparently gog got a ton of complaints from people not knowing how to open the manuals that come with not all of their games so they started packaging the pdf reader in the downloader. It checks if you've got one and if not tries to add it for you.

edit-

umm.....ignore me. somehow I didn't see that was page 1 and it goes all the way to 5/

It never worked for me.

Same, it was like it wasn't ever there to begin with...

You have to keep 0.72 and 0.73 exes handy depending on which version the installer was expecting to find. It definitely worked, you guys just had the wrong version of DOSBox. Anyway, it appears that instead of improving it GOG elected to remove it, which is pretty annoying because I used that option for every DOSBox game.

Maybe for you but I used to use it successfully...

Hi!

I've recently downloaded Wizardry 8 and although there is a digital signature, there is no timestamp? Is that correct or is the download corrupt? The game installed correctly. I have attached a printscreen of the digital signatures tab.
