Holiday Sale Day 10: Santa Snapped!

Nervous, true. Very, very dreadfully nervous I had been--and am!--but why will men say that I am mad? Above all, the sense of hearing was acute--and the sounds, oh, the sounds of the little elves sawing, hammering, nailing, tacking--night and day, day and night.

It is not madness, no! They play their symphony in wood and metal and plastic and tinsel each night and I--master over the elves, ruler of the arctic kingdoms--I will finally play them my symphony. A symphony of blood! Now to rend, to rip, to tear, to feast! Muahahahaha!

--Kris "Kutter" Kringle

Uh, oh, kids. It seems like Blood (One Unit Whole Blood), Blood 2: The Chosen, Postal: Classic & Uncut, Postal 2: Complete, Carmageddon Max Pack, and Painkiller Black Edition, all together for just $11.94 on GOG.com for the next 24 hours--that's 75% off the full price!

Gamma may have gotten run over by a reindeer, but that's no reason to worry about Santa. It's probably just a phase. Pick up these great games and keep indoors, blasting away the bad guys, just to be safe.

If you hear a jolly, "Ho, Ho, Ho," though, you should probably run.
Nothing to me today, already have the ones I like from this offer, but I recommend at least the first Blood.

Still holding out hope for a D&D RPG bundle...

Ditto. We must have the same sophisticated taste.
I get that they kinda spilled the beans at the End of the World sale to beat out the Steam sale, and it was probably a good choice to do so. But it's going to make the remainder of the GOG sale a little dull it seems.

Does it mean that in coming days we only see those promos that were part of End of the World promo?
damn $1.50 spent to complete this list.
What an ultra terrible idea it was to put all the daily deals on one day...

I suppose the idea was to get in before the Steam sale, right?
Might be worth a buy I wanted to check out Postal 2

Looks that way the previous bundle was also in the end of the world promo.
When is the special on Baldur's Gate going to happen?

I think so, but why do you consider it ultra terrible?

It's definitely odd, as it's going to be incredibly boring for those of us who already saw them.

But....it's still nice for people that missed them originally and I'm sure it helped GOG beat the Steam sale as, let's face it, once that starts they're not going to sell as many games as they were before.

And.....it's good for me, as I already bought what I wanted so no worrying about looking at new 'deals' I can't really afford :)

One new one and that's it it. From the End of World Sale thread:
http://www.gog.com/forum/general/holiday_sale_end_of_the_world/post53

The only bundles we will have are the bundles that you see. We've arranged them here for you even though they are not, strictly speaking by linear time, due to show up yet.

EDIT: TurnipSlayer points out that I'm lying. There is one last bundle that does not show up here.

One.

Of course I won't tell you what games those are. Then I wouldn't be the Enigmatic T.

Well, I guess as a way of getting people to buy games on GOG instead of Steam, it was a good idea.

For me, though, it makes the sale 'done'; any chance of upcoming surprises has pretty much been thrown out the window.
