Thanks Lou! Not in for this week as I had my fill of BG when it was new. Bought it on CD 2-3 times, whenever they kicked out a new version. As great as the game is, I'd only get it as a collectors piece and would rather someone who will play it to win it. Preferably someone who will be experiencing it for the first time so good luck to whomever that may be :).

As for the storm, of course it's a good thing. Doubt anyone will say otherwise. Anytime you can use the words "great" and "giveaway" and be speaking about games available on GOG, its always always always a good thing!

As for BioWare, I've played NWN, KotOR, BG series and ME series. I generally enjoyed those games but I'm not really interested in what they're doing now.

Well we're in the middle of "monsoon" season here - not sure why they call it that since anywhere else they would just be called regular old thunderstorms. But this year it has rained a lot - there's been several years of drought - and we finally got to see the desert in bloom! Coming from almost anywhere else, you wouldn't necessarily think, "OMG, it so green everywhere!" but after a couple of years of unrelenting brown, green sure looks amazing.

Anyway, I'm not in but I thought you might appreciate the glorious result of a "perfect storm" ;-)

When you talked about The Storm, I imagined something more like a tornado with the eye in the middle. Does that mean there's going to be a period of quiet after the storm hits? Surely you can't sustain storm-like giveaways for another 25 weeks! In any case, it'll be fun to see you try :)

There is no many words you can say about BG without repeat someone else's words. AD&D rules, storytelling, atmosphere, adventure... For me personally is this No.2 game of all time.I love this game, co please count me in.
