Zolgar: I don't find it over reacting at all. From the company's POV there is too much possibility that he used actual conversations to create his game (whether he did or not).. which while it may not seem like much, if that got back to the wrong people it could becomes a giant shit storm.
Yeah, from what I've heard, he's actually under investigation to make sure that everything is fictional.
Which, again, it might just be me but I have an issue with the fact that he's selling work based on a reality that was probably inhabited by a confidentiality agreement, considering it was a job at a government-run call center.
