The forum giveaway contests. I never win so I hate them
There are probably a slew of 'em on GOG that I'm blissfully unaware of how much I'd hate them because I haven't played them and never will. I'm a real picky bastard when it comes to my gaming purchases and don't like often taking chances on unknown entities I don't know much about. That and I have very particular standards, especially now.

Having said that probably Port Royale 2. That's one game I actually bought a physical copy of. I was on a pirates kick after having played the immensely fun Sid Meier's Pirates! and convinced myself that it looked promising. No dice. Duller than a dead barnacle. At least on GOG it'll only cost you $5.99 of disappointment.
That I have actually payed money for on GOG, I'd say Prince of Persia: SoT. I enjoyed the swinging around quite a lot (as long as I knew where to go), but I never /really/ got the handle on combat. Fortunately I found a trainer. Most of the other games I've enjoyed to one degree or another; I had to use cheats on Far Cry, but it was still somewhat fun. Unreal Gold was hard to figure out at times, but for some reason it was mesmerizing nonetheless (probably the music).
Earthworm Jim 3D, I knew it would be bad but I had to try it during the last Interplay promo.

One I was expecting to like but not a big fan of so far is The Last Express. I don't like the real-time aspect much.

From games I own? Blake Stone. It is too old for me.
Bloodrayne 2.

I like dthe first one because it played like a really stupid action movie with nazis and stuff, and is actually a really hilarious game as long as you don't excpect too much from it. But i hate the second one with a passion, mainly because it's unplayable without a gamepad and even then you still have to deal with the ever respawning enemies and a bland boring design.
Am I the only one who really likes a lot of the games mentioned here?

And the least favourite GOG I own on GOG would be Earth 2160. I don't even know why I bothered buying it. Probably a promo.
Messiah

BTW, I really enjoyed Septerra Core

I really hate this game, so much potential and wasted it all
The first game I bought: Lords of the Realm 2. I love LotR 2, but the game's not totally fixed -- and that ruined it for me. The multiplayer aspect won't sync, so I end up playing a different game than the one the other person is playing. I have no idea how it's figuring out what to do without any clear communication. So weird.

BTW, the best purchase yet is probably IL2.
So I take it this is about games we bought and didn't care for afterwards, regretted buying them?

If so, then I guess it might be Demon Stone for me. I knew it wasn't liked that well, and I read a few lukewarm reviews and watched a gameplay video but I still thought part of the dislike for it was due to it not being a proper D&D CRPG and I hoped it might be a guilty pleasure, maybe even something similar to Enclave. But sadly I couldn't find the gameplay with a magnifying glass. The fixed camera is horrible, the controls are horrible, the railroading is horrible, it doesn't seem to be more than a bland clickfeast that's less fun than even the worst Diablo clone. Besides, it performs quite badly on my low end machine for such an old game, so I can't even enjoy the graphics. :(

Other games I bought and don't care for include Age of Wonders and King's Bounty, but then again, I never expected much of them, with Strategy being one of my least favorite genres. Don't even know why I bought them.

I don't know about "a lot" but I really liked "GK: Sins of the Fathers", I also enjoyed "VtM: Redemption" more than I thought I would and despite of its flaws, and I think "Stonekeep" is okay, too. "PoP: Sands of Times" seems cool but doesn't perform too well on my machine, I hope to play it with a better graphic card one day. "Septerra Core" was fun for a while back in the days but I agree that the combat got too repetitive in the end.
