BLASPHEMER! THROW THE INFIDEL OUT!
Star, space thingy, with space ships like orbs and cubes and half-biological machines and laser swords and whatnot. Meh, it's all the same.

Oh well, thought the recent Star Wars movies were only Blah anyway, felt too juvenile >.> <,<
I have actually chosen to ignore them completely. I dont acknowledge their existence (I know i do, by talking about them.. But, come on!). I'll refer to it as the Star Wars TRILOGY. And the TRILOGY is goood. :)

Delixe: Well done, you have pacified the nerds with that statement. Everyone knows George Lucas raped our childhoods.
It's ok, with a simple bloodtest you can identify your inner childs midiclorean count. Then you can feel totally betrayed again. In fact with every blood test it would remind you once again of that horrible moment when you realised what he'd done.

Yes, just like the Hitchhiker's guide to the Galaxy is a trilogy. Eoin Colfer's part even says "Part six of three".

The outlaws one is the one that made it extremely obvious because I can think only of two other games it could have been and that is sierra's gold rush or Freddy Pharkas.I happy for several reasons we might get Yoda stories and Indiana Jones and his desktop adventures,Infernal Machine, the scumm games, other star wars games, outlaws and really good for me a really good digital version of the dark forces games. Now off the top of my head the 3 companies I want signed now is Eidos,Bethesda for the 2 not available elders scrolls games maybe the CD version of arena, the id catalog and EA for the system shock series. But my number 1 and 2 companies I want signed are Lucasarts and EIdos, especially since my thief collection disk got a crack in it.

TheJoe: CALLED IT.
Hate to be a killjoy, but - and you may want to sit down for this - there were games set in space before LucasArts made games.

You're probably young. This probably means nothing to you, but the game that made *me* look to the stars for the first time was Starflight.

STARFLIGHT, son. Read it and weep.

Anacreon. Space Quest 1. Star Control. Starfox. Mechwarrior 1. Heck, Commander Keen for that matter.

I would *love* it if you were right, but you are so, so very far ahead of yourself at this point.

Damn, now I kind of hope it's Anacreon.

Who's ahead to themselves? I hope the outlaws mention means they will get outlaws because I love that games the only game I want more then the lucasarts library is the thief series.Your mention of space quest makes me want to play the first one again.
Well looks like it's time to sell my complete in box copy of Outlaws on eBay!
