Heh, usually people come to forums so they can complain. Well, lately it's more optimistic around here - obviously, this mood got on you too :D
Welcome here and... Well I know I kinda revive this, but I just couldn't let this one pass by, I love this kind of topics :D
Welcome :)
Nice post.

Well I can complain if you like. I don't much care about these issues but:
1 dollar does not equal 1 euro!
Bethesda made fallout 3 with only minor differences to 1 & 2 but it was enough to ruin it FOREVER!!! (And I am NOT getting into another argument about that)
Steam might vanish overnight and ruin all my games!
Stuff costs more than it used to!
Hey you kids, get off the lawn!
DRM raped my wife, killed my dog and stole my bible!
How's that?

YOUR bible?!
Well it was someone else's originally, can't remember who. Was too busy raping his wife and killing his dog when I nicked it to pay attention to names.
I'm 2 days late but welcome!
Yes, GoG is pretty awesome for a number of reasons:
Excellent community (well...sort of... we are as nice as a rag tag group of people from completely different social and continental backgrounds can be)
GoG is one of the only companies that are made with the fans in mind
I'm sure there are a few more but my bed is calling for me

Hahaha! I'd read "bike" instead of "bible"

michaelleung: YOUR bible?!

I've got at least 6... and I'm an atheist.
Yeah my friend Matt has more religious books than a chuch, mostly so he can look stuff up to counter arguments.
usually arguments are used that wouldn't count as arguments if the statements would make sense. always the same with whatever religion.
edit : just bought painkiller because my original disc died on me. :'(

Up to and including PC vs PS3 vs Xbox
