I can already head the storm of Bazillion applications going through....

are you planning to apply?
Not me, considering I'd have to move. I DO have beta-testing experience, but zero experience on a Mac, and my days of wrangling with drivers and other obscure minutia are long over. I lack the patience for it, not to mention, I don't speak, understand or read Polish.

On way to Cyprus now!
Interesting
If only I spoke Polish and wasn't married and lived in Poland. Arghh! :D

It would be a fun job, though!

I'm not sure I should tell you this, but you're heading towards the wrong place.
I'd like to apply for a position in quality control, making sure all of the codes work. Who do I speak to about that?

Yeeeeaaaah... good luck with that. :)
Damn.... That's gonna be one lucky bastard....
People get paid for that? I've been doing it for free for GOG!

I doubt it. They probably lock the poor bastard in a room with no windows, no AC, no heat, no food, no water, just a PC. Given a bucket for going to the bathroom and every 36 hours allowed out into the hallway for 10 minutes of exercise. Hey, that would still beat living in Detroit!

Hmm...
Even if I lived in Poland and spoke Polish, I wouldn't apply.
I play games, even the ones I played in beta state, to have fun. I strongly suspect that if I made it a job, it would stop being fun.

Making your hobby your job isn't necessarily a good idea, unless you'd be doing it on your own terms.

This. Once you're on your 5th playthrough of a game you hate with a passion, to test it on yet another hardware configuration, being a game tester probably isn't all that much fun.

Really depends what you currently do (or don't do) for a living.

But I agree - having a hobby and a job from the same batch is seriously not a good idea.
