I've got the entire Myst Collection in one box - no separate casings for each game, just the discs in wrappings. It was pretty cheap, basically 5 games for the price of 1.5. I don't know if it's still widely available...
I think there's a Deluxe edition which includes Uru as well.

prakaa: Apparently. Interplay is still allowed to sell the collections. I think DRM free is an importat thing, but most old games cut through DRM anyway. Anthologies , as you said, should realy be advertised for lower prices

Sure, most old games don't have this protection problem, but some modern games deserve $9.99 for being drm-free and for their quality, for example Beyond Good and Evil.
But $9.99 for Chessmaster and Prince games?!

If I recall, someone posted pictures of his edition, he/she is polish or czech I don't remember well. Look in the news archive here, in the Myst releases.

"Fallout Collection is currently $15"
Wal-Mart, Target, Meijer, and other major retailers here in the US Sell It for 20, Here its like 23- 24 bucks after tax and what not in Michigan. For me, GOG would be cheaper.
Location, location, location.
"Navagon: Also, don't forget that GOGs have more of a guarantee of working on modern systems than retail copies. The titles that don't work so well right now they seem keen to fix. image
Plus GOG's releases are guaranteed DRM free and you don't have to worry about damaging your discs. "
VERY nice, solid points here.
