First, you can use an ignore function in the game list. That's what it's for. Guilty pleasures and games you want to own legally but will never play and have a legitmate reason to complain. :P

Second, I noticed that if you don't own any of the Ultima games you actually save more if you buy them all then skipping one of the Ultima games. Of course if you have your pride that probably suggest you have at least one of the games already so this point is moot. Hahaha. This is so cruel.

Actually, you buy a gift code that contains Ultima 9 and a game on his wishlist, and send him that. If he wants the wishlisted game, he has to redeem Ultima 9 as well.
Now you just have to find a game that he really really wants.
