Of course GOG sell cracked versions of games, at the acknowledgement and well wishes of whatever company has signed and authorised the re-selling of their games. Did you miss the huge DRM-Free label smacked around everywhere?
When most companies are too lazy to even patch NEW games, you think that a company is going to remove the DRM from their older catalogue for the benefit of the customer? Yes, there's a hint of sarcasm there.
I've never had a problem with support, had requested two CD-Keys (for seperate games, mind you) and received them in a couple of days.
Did you consider, when unable to connect, that whoever you're playing doesn't have the same version as you do? Maybe they aren't patched to the latest version, maybe they have an unofficial patch, maybe they have a mod installed, maybe maybe maybe.
Oh, here's a thought.. Did you rage this much in the support ticket? =P
