Yes, and you acquire them by defeating dragonpriests.
You have to change it in the ini files. google skyrim graphic tweaks and you will find a lot of important information about changes you can make to increase visual quality and adjust resolution.

A werehorse! Now that could have become quite creepy if it was done good. Imagine a big horse strolling around at night. There is something not right about the horse though you can't quite explain what it is. Horses are big. Horses can kick people real good. I've heard that horses kills lots of people each year, now imagine what a bloodthirsty werehorse can do in a land where there are horses everywhere.

In Sweden there is a folk-tale\fairy-tale creature called Bäckahästen (Brook-horse or Water-horse) It is a horse-like creature that tricks children and adults to ride on its back and drowns them, quite similar behaviour to that of the (in Scandinavia) better known Draugen and Nøkken. picked this up last night at retail . Heard too many good things about it to resist, even though I really shouldn't be buying another game

First Elder Scrolls game that I am about to really sink my teeth into. Played Morrowind for a few hours, and I couldnt get into it at all ( though I don't think I gave it much of a shot. I hated the combat , and I only paid $2 for the game. If I had paid more for it, I wouldn't have tossed it aside so quickly.
I skipped Oblivion totally , heard a lot of bad things about it

But I am psyched to play this one, it seems pretty awesome. I've only entered one dungeon so far and I'm really enjoying it already

Much the same for me: Could not get into Morrowind, and though I did play Oblivion, I found it immensely boring from the point where I stepped into the first city. I did enjoy Fallout 3, purely because I liked exploring the wasteland (until I met people ... and they started speaking). Today I ordered Skyrim, could not resist the hype in the end. Fingers crossed that Bethesda have finally delivered a game that I can fully enjoy!

my poor horse it fought many foes and a dragon and the last i saw of it was floating dead down a river after i accidently jumped off a cliff.
