Twilight: Yet it seems, that the attacks on Misurata haven't stopped and the rebels are still under fire. Is this just inaccurate information, or what the hell are they doing there ... stalling?
Either that or they're just not coordinated enough to effect an immediate halt to hostilities.

the legal term for this is "mala fide"

why is anyone even contemplating believing this ceasefire. This is from a government led by a man that a few weeks ago denied there were any "protests" in his country, and insisted that his people loved him.

The guy's completely hell bent on power, and this ceasefire is not even worth hearing. He is so blatantly trying to stall. Thankfully the French (who'd have thought it) are still getting ready with their fighters, and he won't get the chance.
