I'll say Radical Dreamers, if only because I know no one else will.

Never did get the chance to play Terranigma but heard it was good. My sis wants me to throw in her vote for Lufia 1 and 2. I loved Super Metroid as well, between that and Symphony of the Night those are my favorite 2d games. Shadowrun was definitely unique and fun but then so many SNES titles were. That's why I thought I'd poll the audience and see which ones would get a vote to port.

Definitely Fire Emblem games, they would be great to play with mouse/keyboard.

Super Metroid obviously but Demon's Crest too. Act Raiser 1+2 and Shadowrun as I think that those would be suited better with a mouse and keyboard than a SNES controller.
I still prefer emulators because of the oh-so-lovely save states though.
