To me SNES was very unique age of video games. It is kept alive by roms and virtual ware but both have their downsides in bugs and accessibility. If you could make a perfect port of a SNES game to PC which would you pick?
If I had the choice myself I would be picking either Soulblazer or Illusion of Gaia.

Secret of Mana. As it was supposed to have been for the SNES CD.

Oh, and Bahamut Lagoon, even though I hate strategic slogs like Fire Emblem, I just don't want any of the good Square/Enix/Quintet lost to time.

Castlevania 4, and a lot of other stuff
Axelay, F-Zero, PilotWings the list is almost limitless...
All of the J-RPG's....because you hardly could find a bad one.
Zelda and EarthBound.

Super Metroid
Super Castlevania 4
Seiken Densetsu 1-3
EarthBound
Boogerman: A Pick & Flick Adventure
Shadowrun (though I'd rather the Genesis one)
Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
Clock Tower (yes I know it was ported to PSX but the SNES is still my choice)
Mega Man X series
ActRaiser
Chrono Trigger
Clayfighter series
Shin Megami Tensei I and II
Slayers
Dragon View

and probably a slew more I am not thinking of.
When you say perfect port, do you mean exactly the same as the original version? Because I don't see much of an advantage over emulation there.

Still, I love me some Super Metroid.

Theta_Sigma: Seiken Densetsu 1-3
1 is a gameboy game, but 2 and 3 are good choices.
