I don't know if the situation for the following has changed since the RC because I haven't had the chance to reinstall them, but these had useless entries in the "Unspecified" area:
Colin McRae Rally 2005
Duke Nukem 3D
FlatOut
Lure of the Temptress
ToCA Race Driver 3
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six
Also, not a big thing because it can be deleted easily, but Psychonauts has an extra entry right next to the GOG one, I don't know if that's one that Windows 7 created automatically or something because it has different cover art and version info.
I will have to install Windows 7 soon to see what all this talk is about.
On win7 RC i have unspecified icons for:
BASS
BG&E
Descent
Descent 2
Fallout
Gothic 2 Gold
Kingpin
Messiah
PoP: Sands of Time
Sacred Gold
The Guild Gold
Working:
Dark Fall: The Journal
Divine Divinity
HOMM3
Might & MAgic 1-6
Realms of Arkania 1-2
Settlers 2 Gold
The Longest Journey

Well, then it should be titled Games Explorer Compatible Games List. DUH.

Or, Windows 7 Games Explorer Compatible Installers. :p I don't think anyone got too confused though.
Updated!
Shogo: Mobile Armor Division shows up in game explorer. And it even works better on Win7.
On mine, it showed up but was just an icon and not the good GOG art like on Vista...it also gave me an unspecified as well. How was yours?

Cool, I'm running pro x64. I haven't really tried anymore because all of them so far have been funky.

Ah, that icon is added through Windows' own "Legacy Games Detection" (which tries to detect games that do not register themselves in GE - and since GOG uses different GUID numbers from Windows LGD, it does not detect them as already registered and so adds another icon), and would be the only icon had you installed a non-GOG version of Shogo.
The one under "Unspecified" (Nieokreslone) is the one added through GOG's installer and would have worked under Vista, because it's less picky than 7 about how the valid types (Games, Game Providers, and possibly others) are registered.
Other games "work" that way as well (Fallout 1, Fallout 2, Lionheart, Kingpin, Sacrifice, Earth 2150...) but that is really beside the point, the meaning of the topic (as far as I've understood it) is to inform about which installers that DO register the games in a way that Windows 7 GE understands.
Patrician 3 is listed as unspecified and the shortcut does not work in the Games Explorer
