dnna: Don't regret it ;) I liked the music, I was reminded of The Rasmus for some reason. I can't quite explain it. I like that dreamy/atmospheric sound.
They probably recorded in a similarly-built room. The reflections of the sound get recorded in the microphone and are pretty much like a subtle audio fingerprint, so you're probably picking up on that :)

Props for posting something about that elf you talk to in the Vergen area. The optional one. That was one of the highlights of the game.

So... I'm having trouble believing that there are only three people on these boards who do anything musical. That just doesn't seem right. After all, any computer that can run Witcher 2 should be capable of running a decent DAW like Sonar, Cubase, Ableton Live, or Pro Tools, and even weaker laptops can run something like Fruityloops.

No, it's more than that. Music, vocals, I don't know. I wish I could be more specific but I'm really stupid when it comes to anything music-related :C

She's my hero. The conversation was so sudden and so amazing. I tried all dialogue options yesterday and, oh dear. Some of that stuff is harsh.

I would love a similar album for TW2. Some of the music on the first one were not exactly to my taste, but the majority was absolutely superb.

Well, thanks :)

Isn't one of the dialogue options you can choose just crazy misogynistic? I remember going through each one and actually feeling bad because of one of those. Here's hoping that it's something that transfers to Witcher 3--that encounter seemed a little too focused to be a random thing that's never mentioned again.

I'm really, really hoping that I can recruit some more musicians for this and end up with a bunch of different styles so that everyone can like at least one track :)

But, you know... they're being shy. I need to build a musician trap, someone call Cedric.

Marcin360: Not a programmer actually, I'm a community manager.
I deserve bonus points for already knowing this from the end credits of Witcher 2. Also, you're not off the hook because they mistook your job--I demand samples of this rap you speak of :)

Haha! Yeah, I hope you can find many participants, as well. Just like the one for TW2, variation is key. Something for everyone, no need to follow a single 'style.' A compilation; a tribute.

Great! I'll keep an eye out for updates there, and the one with Iorveth crossing his arms and rolling his eyes is priceless.

dnna: It's 98% Iorveth, I'm afraid you'll just have to deal with it :D
Oh, I'm sure I'll manage... <3

Yes, yes it is. And then she tells you all the nasty stuff they told her just because she's a girl, it's awful.

Hehe, I thought the same. Hopefully we'll see more of the fierce lady :D

I'm secretly proud of managing to make it look like an eyeroll :'D He was actually just acting all ~important and looking at haters around the room, hehe :D
