user avatar@GoldengoronThis is genuinely one of the most hype and fun games I've played in the last couple of years. If this game could come back with at least LAN support and some match settings I would do everything in my power to get people back on it.
Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock
Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock
user avatar@AllendarThis is definitely the best Guitar Hero ever. Friends told you you were crazy you spend the money. Then they come over for party night and they want to come over every week haha. The songs in this one were also amazing!
Doom Eternal
Doom Eternal
user avatar@ThanasysDoom Eternal came out just when COVID quarantine started in my country. I had a few days off and a horde of demons to slay. I sharpened my side blade, pumped some shells into my shotgun and the dance of death was on! There is no game like Doom Eternal. They took what was great about Doom 2016 and cranked it up to 11! Topping all the previous Doom games was an impressive achievement. Doom Eternal is masterclass. It set new standards on all fronts. Mick Gordon's music fits the game like peanut butter with jelly. Preserving this masterpiece in a DRM free form will be a gift to the entire gaming world.
WildStar
WildStar
user avatar@KhaienThere is truly nothing like WildStar and ever since it died, there's nothing that could fill that void. Way too many games are still being kept alive that don't deserve it half as much as WildStar does. It needs to come back!
Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter
Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter
user avatar@Lhun DuumYears ago, while looking on GOG for some good JRPGs (my favorite genre), there were (and still are!) not many to be found and I came to the realization that Japanese developers and publishers don't like the PC platform in general and are so obsessed about "protecting" their game (against piracy, modders...) that the situation was unlikely to improve, and it sure didn't that much. The only exception to that sad situation is, up to now, Nihon Falcom. No matter who is publishing them, all their games have been made available on GOG, and those past few years all of them on Day 1. I've been vocal on the forum towards NISA and their terrible pricing but at least they had the decency to keep the tradition alive and keep releasing Falcom games here. I had a lot of great times these past 5 years playing the Trails series, the Ys series and Tokyo Xanadu. Sure, Falcom games are not perfect, far from it actually, they are not masterpieces despite hardcore fans trying to convince the world otherwise but I would say they have a lot of charm, are fun to play and I'm looking forward to continue exploring future Falcom games. Unfortunately, it appears that Falcom decided to switch to a new publisher (GungHo) for "Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter Remake", a publisher that doesn't seem to be willing to release any of their games on GOG. I hope GOG will manage to work their magic and convince this publisher to release here at least whichever Falcom games they have already licensed or will license in the future, but if not and Falcom keeps licensing their games to GungHo, I guess it'll be time for me to part ways with those franchises. I'm looking forward to the release of "The Legend of Heroes: Trails beyond the Horizon" by NISA later this year and really hope it won't be my last Falcom games. Love to you all Trails, Ys and Falcom fans on GOG.

user avatar@sofloIt's a french game. And a J-RPG like game. And a turned base game. And with original gameplay. And review scores are shockingly high for this one. And i don't like buying on Steam if I can buy on GOG. What else to say ?
Tempest Rising
Tempest Rising
user avatar@Arminko82C&C ist deeply burrowed in my Heart. Tempest Rising ist the closest to that for decades. The OST fits, the Single Player Missions seem to have the wack I crave.
Desperate Housewives: The Game
Desperate Housewives: The Game
user avatar@NabrinaI picked this up in a bargain bin because it looked vaguely Sims-like, back before I had even seen any of the series. The sim elements are very light. Mostly it's a story based adventure game with some minigames for cooking and gardening (and the ability to seduce most of the men in the neighborhood). I still enjoyed it a lot and it got me to check out the series--which it definitely captures the vibe of. Licensed games have a certain (mostly deserved) reputation, but this is one of the cases where the devs seemed to give the licensed IP the faithful love it deserved. I still have the disk, but it's difficult to get installed these days (my preferred computer unfortunately doesn't even have a disk drive). So I would love to see it made available through GOG!

user avatar@p7098352_3887I have loved this game since I was a kid with an Xbox 360. Too bad not to make this game anymore. If they're remastered, this game will probably make a lot of money.

user avatar@gideonsketching_99It‘s the best Open World game ever made, and simply the Classic RPG in my book. It deserves a GOG release! :) I played this on PS3 and countless PCs and will continue to do so
Alan Wake II
Alan Wake II
user avatar@darthrobolI would like to play this game, but I dont have Epic Games Store account, nor will I ever. Love that GOG has Alan Wake 1, Alan Wake 2 would be great addition, so me and others will be able to play this game too.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II
user avatar@Flo0op3RI hate the fact that epic (the chinese malware/spyware) is baked into the steam version. Please bargain for this title to appear on GOG in a state that is free of the bloat.

user avatar@NightveilSpecterThis game paved the way for Empire at War which is one of the best SW games made and has a huge modding community. I used to play this game a bunch as a kid would love to see it brought to modern systems.

user avatar@WarbossAohdThis is a neat Horror Twisted Platformer that never left Europe.......Even though it's in English and ALMOST DID. So I think it's only fair we bring this onto GOG not just for the Europeans who got to play it originally, but for those of us who never got the chance.
MultiVersus
MultiVersus
user avatar@CicalaKidThis game meant a lot to me during the beta and had high hopes for relaunch. Gameplay is solid and the fact well known characters interacted with each other gave them and the game a lot of personality. It sure had a lot of potential, but unfortunately got wasted by terrible decision making in possibly every area: bad monetization, bad progression (currency and unlocking fighters), bad character picks (two obscure hype-killers in particular), bad balance and overall slowness in reacting to issues. Nonetheless, I've played it a lot, where else can I see Shaggy punching Jason Voorhees or Gremlins shooting at Batman? I hope that one day they give this idea a spiritual successor under another studio.
Nice Day for Fishing

user avatar@shardatorI love Viva la Dirt League. That's that, nothing more, nothing less. They made Covid lockdowns bearable. Baelin, Greg the garlic farmer and the others are burned into my brain. I'm happy that there is a game made of NPC Man. So yeah. Get it on GoG.
Magicka
Magicka
user avatar@WizardOfLemonsThe first game I ever bought on Steam was Magicka. I think I stumbled across it during a sale over 10 years ago. The unique spellcasting system and quirky humor instantly drew me in, and over the years, I’ve spent more than 2000 hours in the game. It’s fair to say it was a huge part of my life for a long time. Despite its flaws, Magicka always brought me joy—first through learning and mastering the spellcasting mechanics, and later through intense PvP sessions and modding the game. But let’s be honest: the game was never technically perfect. It’s always been buggy, with random crashes and strange glitches being part of the experience. Still, that was part of its charm—for a while. Things took a real downturn in 2018 when an update from an internal dev studio at Paradox Interactive was pushed to the game. They introduced hot-join, which seemed like a godsend at first, but whatever code they concocted made Magicka nearly unplayable. Constant crashes, severe multiplayer issues, desyncs—it became impossible to enjoy the game as it once was. What frustrates me even more is that Paradox portrays itself as a company that supports modding and community creativity. Yet when modders, including myself, reached out for tools or permissions to fix Magicka, their requests were denied or ignored. Thankfully, a few dedicated players and skilled programmers are still trying to salvage what’s left. They’re patching, experimenting, and doing everything they can to keep the game alive. But as long as the official version remains broken, the player base will continue to shrink. And when those few remaining modders eventually give up—I pray this never happens—Magicka will be gone for good, and Paradox Interactive will try to sweep their failure under the rug, just like they did with Magicka: Wizard Wars and the Magicka mobile game. It’s a sad fate for such a unique and innovative title.
Fractured Space
Fractured Space
user avatar@ZachevFractured Space, despite being shut down almost a decade ago, is still my most played game on Steam. It's unique in that its a MOBA using capital ships in space and had a holy trinity of tank/healer/dps. The supports were especially fun to play as they actually had offensive capabilities that could be woven in-between healing cooldowns, which gave skilled support players a lot of impact. This is something not many games pull off well, but FS did. Ship controls were great, with 6 degrees of movement. (Up/Down, Forward/Back, Strafe Left/Right, Turn Left/Right). This is the primary thing that set it above a similar game called Dreadnought, as having strafing changed how you'd maneuver to avoid fire in combat drastically. It also made moving around objects much easier, which is important because the big neutral objective in the base game mode is a capture zone with a big station in the middle of it that you can use for cover. Your ship has a set amount of armor on each of the 6 facings. (Front/Back/Left/Right/Top/Bottom.) Once its broken, you take roughly double damage when being hit on that facing, so protecting damaged facings via maneuvering was an important part of combat. The ships all have unique models and abilities. I cannot sing praise of the artists and designers enough. Even a decade later, I still think its a great looking sci-fi game. Some skins like the Charon for the Colossus definitely stand above the rest. (Check Artstation for the "USR Charon" Colossus) All that said, FS is a niche game. The overlapping portion of the gaming Venn diagram for MOBA players and sci-fi game players is pretty small, and FS lacks a solid PVE mode. The devs tried to cover this with Last Stand, but it just never caught on. Still though, its a shame to see a game I loved and put over a thousand hours into gathering dust after Wargaming bought out Edge Case Games and shut it down. I'd love to see something done with it.
Blue Prince

user avatar@my name is catteGOG, why don't you have this hot new game? You need to buy the publisher fancy dinners and do whatever it takes to get this here. Remind them there's a whole audience who won't buy it on Steam.
Paladins
Paladins
user avatar@gongjucatI've played this game pretty much ever since it came out, it's so sad to see it come near to its end. Anyway, out of the hero shooter 5v5 kind of game, this game is the only one that I've consecutively played even if I took long breaks throughout. I still remember when Cassie had her original bow, when Ying used to be a damage, when Viktor was using his old design before it got replaced with a new one, when they revamped the entire battle pass gig and added quests and whatnot, I remember it all and it's memories now. I don't want this game to be gone forever, I don't want it to be forgotten, I've met many friends through this game and I still to this day meet new friends. It's got so many unique champions and the game has so much lore, heck I don't even know about it all. There's just so much more to appreciate with this game. It's a great game and I wish its legacy kept going!

Freelancer
FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.

Silent Hill

The gameplay consists of combat, exploration, and puzzle-solving. The controller vibration is used to indicate Harry's heartbeat and will vibrate on low health. The player must regularly enter an inventory screen to check Harry's health, use items, and equip different weapons.

Breath of Fire IV
Breath of Fire IV
In a far-away world, two continents float, separated by a vast swamp-land. For eons, no contact existed between the two continents because ships couldn’t sail across the expanse. At last, when the historic first contact was made between the two powers, war erupted! After long and costly fighting between the Fou Empire in the west and an alliance of countries in the east, both sides exhausted all their strength and resources. With no other alternative, the two powers agreed to an armistice. One year later, Princess Elina vanished. She had been traveling in the east from town to town, exploring battlegrounds and visiting war veterans. Her trail vanished in a small town near the front line. Nobody knew her whereabouts! The Eastern Alliance wanted to avoid sending a large army to the front. Such a move would be a political blunder, breaking the armistice and stirring up hostilities. It became impossible to carry out a large-scale search for Elina. Time passed... with no sign of the princess. Elina’s sister, Princess Nina, finally makes up her mind. She leaves on a journey in search of her sister – by herself. Ryu Ryu meets Nina while he is lying unconscious on a street in a desert town in the eastern continent. His race and native land are unknown. Ryu has a Dragon’s Eye, which empowers him with the amazing abilities to transform into a dragon and summon dragons. Nina The princess of Wyndia, a town of the Fae tribe (winged folk). Nina meets Ryu on her journey to seek her lost sister Elina. Though somewhat naïve, Nina is skilled in Healing magic. Scias A mercenary soldier, Scias was hired by the eastern side during the war. Scias becomes the party’s watcher. He is very quiet and aloof from the world. Scias can perform a powerful double attack with his sword. Cray A young leader of the Woren tribe (cat people) in the eastern alliance, Cray joins Nina to search for Princess Elina, his childhood friend. He has a strong sense of responsibility and acts as the leader of the party. His high offensive and defensive abilities are very dependable. Ershin Ershin wears completely sealed armor to protect her from any kind of curse. Since she wears the armor all the time, no one knows her real face or background. She meets the party in a mysterious place polluted by a curse and decides to join them. Ursula Ursula is a middle-class leader of the Fou Empire. She came to the eastern continent in search of dragons, and meets up with Ryu and his companions. Ursula was brought up in the military, and knows very little about worldly concerns. She is excellent at attacking with both magic and weapons. Fou-Lu Fou-lu unified the western continent single-handedly with his paranormal powers. He became the first emperor of the Fou Empire several hundred years ago. Despite his youthful look, he has mystic dignity. It is said that he predicted his own resurrection as he passed away. Here’s how we ensured that this masterpiece is better than ever and what you can expect with GOG’s version of the game: Full compatibility with Windows 10 and Windows 11 Both 2 localizations of the game included (English and Japanese) Improved DirectX game renderer New rendering options (Windowed Mode, Vertical Synchronization Control, Gamma Correction, Integer Scaling, Anti-Aliasing, and more) Improved audio engine (restored missing environmental sounds and audio configuration) Improved keyboard and mouse support Improved Warehouse and Crane minigames Improved F9 exit screen Issue-free battle and combo system (all crashes have been fixed) Issue-free cutscene scripting Issue-free task switching Full support for modern controllers (Sony DualSense, Sony DualShock4, Microsoft Xbox Series, Microsoft Xbox One, Microsoft Xbox 360, Nintendo Switch, Logitech F series and many more) with optimal button binding, vibration, hotplugging and wireless mode Let’s go back in time to the PlayStation 1 era and reminisce about how Breath of Fire IV was presented to gamers back in 2000: After centuries of war, the two lands bordering an impenetrable swampland have finally reached an armistice. Mysteriously, the noble Princess Elina disappears somewhere near the war-ravaged front lines. Distraught, her sister Nina goes in search of the Princess alone and on her journey, meets a mysterious young warrior named Ryu. Their destinies soon entwine. The next chapter in the epic tale of magic and mystery now unfolds. The fate of what lies ahead rests in your control. Resident Evil
Resident EvilResident Evil is a survival horror classic in which a group of special forces agents, known as S.T.A.R.S, struggle against hordes of zombies and various other mutants in a mysterious mansion as they try to uncover the truth behind the terrifying infection. The gameplay environment consists of polygonal 3D characters placed over pre-rendered 2D backgrounds. As such, the game relies on pre-determined camera angles for a view of the action instead of a real-time camera like most games. The game is credited for coining the phrase "survival horror" and popularizing the genre.

Frequently Asked Questions
Learn more about GOG Dream list with our FAQ
What is GOG Dreamlist?
GOG Dreamlist is a community-based tool anyone can use to vote for the games they want to see revived or added to our platform. These votes help GOG demonstrate community interest to IP owners and bring these games to life on our platform.
How does voting work?
Find a game on the list and click the arrow button to cast your vote. You can do so directly from the main page or a game's card. Every vote helps shape our platform and supports game preservation, so make it count!
How do I add a game to the Dreamlist?
If you cannot find a game already on the list please use this form to add it to the list for everyone to vote.
Can I vote for more than one game?
Yes, you can vote for multiple games, but only once per game.
Why should I vote?
Each vote shows community interest and signals to IP owners that releasing their game on GOG is a valuable opportunity.
How can I learn about the status of the game on the Dreamlist?
Currently, we can’t disclose the business status of a game before its release due to the complexity of the process and the potential negative impact this could have on our efforts. However, we’re working on a feature that will let you track the games you’ve voted for once they’re released.
Does high number of votes for a game mean that it will be released sooner?
A high number of votes shows strong interest, which influences both GOG and IP owners. However, we can’t guarantee that every highly-voted game will be released.
How does my vote help to preserve games?
All games on GOG are DRM-free, so you can download and back them up for future use. Additionally, we aim to include as many games as possible in the GOG Preservation Program, ensuring classic titles remain playable on modern systems.
What happens with Stories once the game is released on GOG?
We’re working on a solution to migrate Stories to GOG.COM game cards once the game is released: we won’t let them get lost.
