We already got Metal Gear 1 on GOG. Would be amazing to have this masterpiece alongside with it so it can complete the MSX collection. Would be a shame if this masterpiece is left out. This is truely where Metal Gear found its niche and identity. It all begins here.
Played through the mainline metal gears a while back, and must say, this one still stick out the most. There is just so much I like about this game and most of what's in this game was remade in the newer ones. This is the OG. Big boss is great in this one! This is a GOG for sure!
I originally played this through Metal Gear Solid HD Collection. Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake was the best among the classic style Metal Gear games. If you thought the franchise gotten great with Metal Gear Solid. You are wrong it started with this one. Metal Gear 2 simply improves over everything from the original. What's crazy is how fast Hideo Kojima went to work making this. Directly following a train ride to work. On the same train was a member of Snake's Revenge team. Kojima delivered the true sequel to the original Metal Gear. You may not get voice overs like most of them. The texts are very well written for their time. The audio as a whole among my favorites in the franchise. Yes this can be a difficult stealth game at times. You also get to experience a very great game making all the times you failed worth it. You get some amazing boss fights especially late into the game. Some great surprises if you can find em. This Metal Gear game was truly ahead of it's time. It's mind blowing it's this damn great!!! I do think Metal Gear 2 could sell well here. Especially Metal Gear fans that never gotten to play this before. They would deeply enjoy playing it.

Medal of Honor: European AssaultThere are four overall areas the player (as Lt. William Holt) will be sent to: France, North Africa, the Soviet Union and Belgium. Each area has a set of missions for the player to complete. While some objectives will be detailed from the start, exploration of the area will cause Holt to discover more missions. The game mainly consists of the player shooting his way through hordes of different types of Nazis, ranging from normal soldier to ninjas. To deal with the large amount of enemies, the player has access to many typical WWII-weapons like the German MP40 or K98 rifle. In addition, during the course of the game he finds the medallion and learns four powers. While at first entering the Veil only allows him so see enemies more clearly and use strange flying creatures as bombs, he is later able to slow down time, surround himself with a protective shield or make himself stronger.
