This was the game of my childhood. Scaler is not the best game in history and much less important, being just another mid-range game in the PS2 library, but the time I spent playing it was very special to me, whether because of the magic I saw because I didn't understand what was being said (I didn't speak English), the colorful scenarios in many parts, alien-like creatures or because the ability to transform into some specific enemies excited me. I don't really care about the answer, but Scaler has a place in my heart, and I would like to be able to play it again, preferably without having to navigate with an eye patch and a parrot.

New to the series is the use of magical rings, which give Adol different powering-up abilities such as healing and shielding.
