(I mean how did Elon "save" CDPR, is what i'm asking?) They won't ever admit it(as they're likely too afraid of losing some of their own rep points or being modded). But it doesn't matter....as their silly little game doesn't do or change anything.

That's why my advice to you is: pay them no mind and just enjoy the site and the actual good users here. :)

According to some articles, Elon Musk has posted favourable tweets about Cyberpunk 2077's aesthetics, and also revealed that a new Tesla car model's entertainment system can play the game.

I wonder...why would someone want to play an involved game like that in their vehicle?

If you are worried about your rep score it might be better not to post at all. I see a lot of on-topic, decent posts which get a low score because the person probably had an opinion they do not agree with - so they downvote all the post by that person.

The way I see it - If I made someone happy because they could downvote me I did a good deed :)

But afaik Tesla didn't make it's own CPUs and are just using ones from other CPU makers? So if anyone should take credit it's the CPU makers. :)

Also, eh, I still think there's more important things to showcase in a new vehicle than it's ability to play games.

Or perhaps he saw a good marketing opportunity and decided to capitalize upon it. ;)

I mean the game is the "hot topic" atm.....what with the bugs and controversies and etc.....Elon would've been a fool to not jump on the bandwagon. :)

Sidenote: I wonder if Elon's cars can fly off into orbit like the ones in the current builds of the game? :D

I can see the appeal this game must have for Elon. There are so many randomly exploding cars in it, after all.

Sure, but this does make them stand out even more from the competition. The best thing they can do, besides controlling the car, is streaming internet TV. Tesla, on the other hand, can say their car is a full entertainment package, where the passengers can even use the car computer to play games to pass the time.

Elon himself is a full entertainment package doubling as a cult leader.
No wonder he enjoys this shallow game made to rip people off.
