That's because you're special, tiny. The question was for them "normies".
I don't, because I don't want more launchers/services to deal with.
Not having to use Galaxy, and getting offline installers for every game is the reason I get 90% of my games from GOG.

DRM free is great, and having that, is another bonus for using GOG.
I'd rather get in game DRM, than be forced to use any store client.
If Origin, or Uplay etc. said accept Denuvo, with an offline installer, and you don't need the store client, I'd take Denuvo.

I launch every game from my chosen "One launcher to rule them all", my desktop full of shortcuts.

Stores only have one thing I want, games.
Don't want friends, I want games.
Don't want Overlays, I want games.
Don't want Achievements, I want games.
Don't want any of the bloated crap that store clients push, I want games
Don't want Mods locked to a store client, independent mod hosting sites give me all my mods.

There is only one store client option I want, and that's the option not to use that store client.
Only one store client gives me that choice, Galaxy, and I use that choice, and don't use Galaxy.
Don't get me wrong, I'm happy Galaxy exists, for those that want it, as it's giving users the choice that matters.
I choose not to use Galaxy, you make your own choice, and thank GOG that you can choose.

As for the "You need Store client to play multi-player" argument.
WTF
If your game is multi-player, and doesn't include the required networking features in the game
You are selling a broken piece of useless trash.
If the devs are too lazy to make their game properly run on it's own.
I'm too lazy to install the store client crutch, that their half assed game leans on.

teceem: Does anyone remember the old Norton Commander for DOS? In essence it didn't do much more than could be done via the command prompt.... I was still glad I had that tool!
I use Total Commander, which looks a lot like Norton Commander, as a file manager since early 2000s. I can't imagine using a computer without it. I find Windows Explorer unintuitive and difficult to use.

Here is a little review for a much older version, which is less impressive than nowadays' versions. To quote that article, "your life with Windows will never be the same" after using this software.

that thing should be installed on any Windows PC right after OS installation.

Create a software image for new installations with ninite.com.

(Nota bene, only use this if you want to install these applications on drive C:\, if you prefer another drive —— e.g., for your Steam client —— don't use this utility, because it creates an image for the main drive only; instead install it separately, later).

Other software:
word processing, spreadsheeting, database administration, presentations, etc.

I like the look of Libre Office
which includes support for OpenPGP key management software

edit: not sure why Gog has corrupted the hyperlink in the quoted reply ( the <div> tags seem to always create more problems than they solve), but the underlying forum text syntax is fine (edited to reveal the hyperlink.)

I don't use Galaxy. I use the windows explorer to manage my game library.

I might start to use it to replace the launchers for the other storefronts (Origin, uPlay, Epic Games Launcher etc), but I'd only use it for this - I wouldn't use it for GoG games, which I'd still only use the offline installers for.
I used to have galaxy. But then I ran into vcredist 2015 problem and could no longer install it. Now I actually prefer standalone installers because I play single player games offline. Also I like my machine to run optimal without windows updates changing my settings.
Thought it was a streaming service at first, didn't see the point after trying it.
Not using it, but don't mind it as long as it stays optional.

Otherwise I haven't used it.
I don't, but I will definitely try it when 2.0 launches.
