1. I know. I never said that there were no games that had the non-enhanced version available, though it may not be as common as I thought.

2. I agree! We are on the same side here. I think it would be best if all enhanced editions did come with the original version as an extra. My original post here was in response to someone saying that they didn't understand why a new version meant the old version was no longer sold. I was just trying to demonstrate that older versions of a game becoming unavailable is common with patches, so it happening with enhanced editions could be seen as an extension of that. I feel like I must have done something horrible with my wording, because I wasn't trying to say anything argumentative or controversial. Just kind of like "well developers are used to making old versions of games unavailable through patches, so they probably don't think anything of it when they remove a non-enhanced version from sale".

As usual you continue to be negative and attitude like this from gamers is why we lose classics or the "Original" versions of video games.

So many originals of video games being delisted and not sold with the new versions of video games or at least still offered as a separate sale.

Activision is probably going to also delist the original version of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare with the remastered version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

Divinity: Original sin does not include the original. If you didn't buy it before the Enhanced edition was released, you don't get it. Same story with Darksiders 2.

Divinity: Original Sin doesn't come with the original version automatically. But there's a link on the game card to tell support that you want it. I did so and had it in my library about an hour later. So it isn't a problem to get the original version.
