The first PC game I played in a friend's computer was GODS.

When I purchased my own PC and left the Amstrad 6128 era, my first game was Dinopark Tycoon on 3.5 diskettes followed by the CD versions of Dune and Dark Forces.

Still have those copies.

I even remember the first games that came with my Amstrad 6128
A package that contained

Zynaps
Dynamite Dan
Cauldron
Into the Eagle's Nest

Those who had experienced Amstrad or similar home computers should remember those golden titles.

Lenny: Almost the same story here then. I was laughing at my friends PC until the time DOOM and Alone in the Dark came around. Within the same year or so I bought my first PC which was a 486DX2 66Mhz :)
Pretty much the same story here as well. I think it was in '94 I switched from my trusty Amiga 500 to a PC. Mine was a 486DX2 80MHz, which unfortunately had a hardware fault. After trying to repair it for 3 weeks, the shop gave up and gave me a new one. I was happy, but I was even happier when I got it home, booted it up and noticed from the data in the boot sequence that the new one was actually a 486DX4 100MHz :-D

Going by the various definitions of "PC" here, the first game I played on a "real computer" was a C64 game, although I don't remember which one. It might have been Bruce Lee, but it might easily have been something else. When I got a C64 for myself, the first game I got for it was Wizball. The first game I played on an IBM compatible PC was Scorched Earth, I'm pretty sure.
Unreal 1
If we're talking PC as in x86 platform it would be I think Captain Comic or Secret Agent Man, though I'd seen someone play King's quest 3 and Sim City, I wasn't allowed to try it.

If we're just going with "Personal Computer" as in any computer which wasn't just a console, it'd be park Patrol on the C64
This is going to be embarrassing. I was 4 when I started playing games on my dad's Zenith 248 SX that he got from work (Pentagon). I ended up getting my own, when he realized I was quite proficient at moving and renaming folders and even setting up folder trees. I didn't do anything destructive at least.

It had DOS of course and was a year or two old. This was 1989, we ended up getting a 486 with Windows 3.1x around 1992.

Anyways, my first computer games were mostly educational ones that ran on 5 1/4" floppies.

Reader Rabbit 1. PGA Tour (Yes a golf game and a fun one at that).
Then of course the Super Solver Series: Outnumbered, Treasure Mountain, Treasure Mathstorm, Treasure Cove, Midnight Rescue, Gizmos & Gadgets.. Carmen San Diego. Operation Neptune.. etc.

Oh and Oregon Trail and Amazon/Yukon Trails were later.

My first real PC game was actually Zork along with a few C64 games (yes I had a C64 along with an Intellivision).

Then I got a Packard Bell that had Windows 95.. From there I got Myst, King's Quest Series, The Lord of the Rings (the original CD based game that had cutscenes from the animated film, I still have the game). Betrayal in Krondor and Betrayal in Antara were two games I also vividly remember and wish I still had the original boxes. Grrr!

Then Windows 98... I ended up really getting into computer games with Half-Life as the most memorable along with Return to Krondor, Asheron's Call, Dark Forces 1, Jedi Knight, etc. Oh and Starcraft. And Daggerfall.

Gotta love being an 80s baby.
First Game that I can REMEMBER playing?

Fraking Superfrog!!! A500. Wooooo.

Before that my old man had a speccy. I know I played games on that but I just cant remember that far back
Duke Nukem
The first game on my very own PC? Myst. Followed by Gabriel Night Sins of the Fathers and Elder Scrolls Arena. Ah, my old Tri-Gem 486.
King's Quest 6 and X-Wing. What a great combination on our first PC.
My first casual game was Minesweeper, I think. And the first "real" game may have been Lemmings, but I'm not quite sure.
I think it was fallout 2... My first PC was in 2006/7

Shame on me.
Rogue... Yup that was my first I think, my memory sucks though.
My first IBM-compatible PC came second-hand with Blockout, Sokoban, a golf game, Tetris and Winter Games. I'm not sure which of those I played first.

No shame in it, especially when starting with one of the all time greats!
Hellbender.
God, I loved that game.
