It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

What the hell happened? My whole library of games just up and vanished.
Gone!
Poof!

I'm worried. I need my games back
Try this link
https://secure.gog.com/account/refresh/

If this does not bring your games back, contact support.
Did you get them back, OP? I am worried for you.

edit: lol, but I am sure GOG staff would fix this if account refresh doesn't work. No doubt ^^

Its probably just failing to load.
Agreed, probably just not loading... might clean GoG cookies and re-login...
Thanks for your concern guys. I'm freaking out. I sent a support request to GOG already. Its the first thing that I did. Its been 2 days and I haven't hear back yet.

I deleted cookies and browsing data, tried a different browser, a different computer, everything I could think of. The games just won't show up.

If I try to select one of the games that I owned it takes me through the purchasing process. I'm talking the D&D masterset that I got in the sale the other day, the classic fallout games plus the giveaway games during the sale plus the free games by GOG. everything. Just gone.
Hmmm... Something small coming to mind is I use Firefox, and NoScript. If scripting for GoG (and any external sources) they use is disabled, the shelf functions might not come up or work. I don't recall them doing anything too complex, but it's something to check...

I don't understand. What do you mean? Please explain.
I usually use IE, so no extensions, toolbars or any other scripting software. I tried chrome, Firefox and safari. Same thing each time. Zilch.
Did you try the refresh-link mentioned in the second post?

If you're getting it on more than one browser type, then it's not possibly related to NoScript...

is one of my must-have addons. It removes all scripting from a page from loading unless you give it explicit permission. Same for [url=https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/flashblock]flashblock and AdBlockerPlus

Wurzelkraft: Did you try the refresh-link mentioned in the second post?
yes. I've yet to hear back from GOG support either.
Any hidden games?

No. No hidden games. I've scoured my account, my email, the web and the GOG website.
No explanation can be found
They did just do something to change the site, so it's possible this is related to that. My experience with support has been very good so far, so I think they will get back to you soon with an answer. I know it's hard to do, but wait another few hours and see if they get back to you (it sounds like it's been less than a day since you contacted them).

Edit: Sorry, I just saw that it's been 2 days since you sent the request. I hope they fix it soon.

Its been 3 days. Still no word from support.

I think that GOG has split my account somehow. check these out.

The first one is a forum post that I made before my games disappeared. Notice that I'm signed in and yet when I hover my mouse over my name it treats it like a another user.

The second one is this thread. Notice the difference? It recognizes that I am the person my house is hovering over.

I don't know why or how it happened. I just want my games back. Please get back to me GOG.
