This ain't it, this is the actual newest incarnation of the My Little Pony cartoon. Didn't even know that a parody existed, although I'm not surprised.

Nice to see this thread suddenly revived. It was always hanging there in my favourites, but my extreme lurking syndrome prevented me from posting it back to life.

Yeah the finale was great, certainly blew away my worries and scepticism about it just being a horrifically girly wedding finale conjured up by suits to sell the cadence toy, and I especially enjoyed Chrysalis.

Also i'm staying away from the "Why do people like this" conversation, seen it way too many times and have grown terribly tired of it.

I loved the season finale, the songs are fantastic and the rest too, it was just kinda weird that Twilight just got a brother out of nowhere. Well, at least he has been introduced with an awesome song, so I guess I'll let it slip.

Also the changeling design is pretty neat.

My daughter makes me watch this on Netflix... I also had to wear a "Bronies" button around comic fest...

I have to say the fans weird me out more than the show. I said a name wrong and some random chick said "It's X, at least get it right!" in a huff. I just rolled my eyes and wandered off.

To be honest, all people I've met in this fandom were nothing less than polite even to people that are not part of it. Of course there's always some bad apples, particularly in communities as big as these. But of the bronies I've met personally I have always been pleasantly surprised. Which considering this whole thing has its root in the internet, means quite something.

Of course, all daughters do. No matter how old they get you still think they're 8 (not that mine's that much older, but she'll always seem 8).

Almost all the covers are completely stunning, especially the ones with Rainbow Dash and Derpy on it, although I really dig the original ones by Andy Price too.

That looks pretty interesting. Probably won't be going out and getting it though.

Also not long until Season 3 now. I'm wondering if it will be the last season, and how long the fandom will last for after the show ends.
