I am not sure if this is a serious comment or not...

Please try not to assign gaming stats and rules to every single thing somehow connected or related to the game. I am pretty sure that the magazine that took the photos and performed the interview is not present in the Northern Kingdoms either... damn plot holes right?

Her wearning his amulet is basically the same as her wearing his shirt first thing in a morning, it is a symbolizm that counts.

Ebon-Hawk: English, Polish or other localization voice actress?
I mean Ves sounds COMPLETLY different in English and Polish versions, almost turning her into a different character. :)

skylineR390: English of course :)

BTW, I was disappointed that at the end Geralt doesn't even kiss her. I was expecting a little more "emotion" maybe not as hardcore as in chapter 1, but after your gf has been kidnapped and you haven't seen her in so long at least a kiss is in order.
Come on CDProject !!!
I think this is short of CDPJ. A kiss should be in order
kinda felt like she was a noob compare to the other sorceresses and she looked less mature compare to witcher 1 triss

The old game has different graphic. Why are people so raped by the old game that they fall in love with it.

I don't think the hair styles makes her look younger at all. Indeed I think this is the hair styles for older woman (older than 20s)

Well, in WC1, Triss participated in the king council, had a nice fancy house in Vizima, and attended the party for the rich every night. Yes, that probably makes me feel she was "somewhere tooooo high to reach" for my witcher.

I love Triss so much that I pursue her quest, trying to find her first in every act. So far, in my 2 playthrough, I ended up saving her first. Tough call for me. There was other urgent matter as well.

LOL, seriously?

I could see coming second to the red head in Dragon Age Origin (Mmmmmmm, looks and voice) but not Ice Queen Bastila

Yes! The noob feeling was kind of depicted as all other sorceresses looked down upon her! Also, game shows Phillipa and Sile is such high regards that Triss felt way too low comparatively!
I thought they didn't like her because she was so close to a certain Witcher. They excluded her from meetings because of that.
I fell for Triss on the first game. This time I wanted to plow Saesenthessis! She is "HAWT"! =)
weird. i guess a pair of tits is enough for most people to form attachments to virtual characters... i mean yeah dont get me wrong, it worked for me and lara croft, but i dunno... triss's tits just didnt do it for me this time around, because i just really didnt like her.

maybe its because i found myself actually getting INTO the story, and caring about the world and its characters, and forming proper emotions - likes and dislikes... and as such, perhaps her tits just werent enough to override my hatred and mistrust of the character...

i just got this feeling that shes a really treacherous person who would sell me out in a second if it suited her plans.. basically i just never trusted her one INCH, even in the first game, like she was always holding things back from me, using me, and would never be there for me unless it served her purposes and benefited her or her little coven of witches in some way...

and i was actually a little let down by her not dying in the game... if i get the option to let her die in the next game, im taking it in an instant...

plus, its pretty obvious shes cheating on you in the game... but i guess i cant really call her out on that, because i was doing the same as much as possible too :D

oh and i didnt really like or trust her in the first game, but i DID like her more in the first one than the second... in the second, she seems weaker... more frail and dainty, which is a pity... perhaps cdp think that only wimpy and timid women are attractive to gamers? i dont know why else they would soften the character so much in the sequel... voice acting didnt help either, she definately sounded a lot more softer as well, which i didnt really like.

i liked ves though. she was cool, and a decent character that i would actually feel a LOT better about trusting... but then again i think i felt the first hooker i came across (no pun, i swear) in the game was more trustworthy than triss, lol ;)

Two comments:

1.- "The noob feeling"... er... hmm.. yeah... total noob... had nothing to do with the fact that (as she states during the prologue) she had been kicked out of the royal court in disgrace because of her association with Geralt... nothing I tell you.

2.- IAs long as we are going all juvenile and sophomoric... Triss? Bastilla? Meh... Bloodrayne! You know she can suck your ... blood.

skylineR390: She is just drop dead gorgeous, and her voice is so feminine, so captivating.....
You know what I just realized? You misspelled "Merigold."

Psh, some fan you are.

But seriously, this thread is creepy in every way, shape, and form. I give it five thumbs up. Why doesn't Sile get borderline-stalkerish threads about her, though?

spoilers...

You mean your treacherous lying girlfriend who you already cheated more than once? That was hiding HUGE things from you such as being a member and knowing about the lodge and that they had Demavend killed?
Plus, your memory is coming back already and you remember that she is kinda of an usurper since your true love is Yennifer and I think she doesn't even tell you about her (may be wrong in that though..)!

Triss' loyalty is ALWAYS with the sorceress. To me it looks like she is completely "butthurt" bout being expelled and all (IF that's true...note that she confessed lot of things to the Nilfgaard. And she was kept alive because they thought she knew more).
I know that would contradict my theory since she was cast away because of her relationship with Geralt but come to think of it...she's pretty informed and in touch with the world despite being neither a king's counselor nor a member of the Lodge.

Plus, it's nothing new. She's been hiding things from you since the first game and all.

Yes, I do think she's good looking. In fact I think she's the best looking girl from both games...But just can't be trusted.

It's like trying to trust Ves...when I screwed her I was so damn sure that it was something Roche intended to happen...fortunately that was not it :)

Dont worry. Once they release some mod tools, this thread creepiness will be taken to a whole new level.

which is weird, because i thought the weirder a chick looked, the more creepy and stalkerish fanboys got... take mass effects tali character... or even that creepy elf chick from dragon age 2... both characters are butt-ugly, annoying and thoroughly unlikable, but the number of geeks that love them because of their alien/fantasy and 'weird chick' fetishes are actually kinda scary... to say nothing of bloody embarrassingly pathetic :D
