I missed this thread for 3 days? Wow...
Well something like 3 months ago, I've started forcing myself to workout. Add to that a change in my diet (taking old vitamins pills, some supplements, mostly eating my own cooked food, etc) and I've managed to lose close to 20 pounds.
The exercise is 8 sets of pushups and 7 sets of situps which I've upped the number on twice already. Currently 18 situps per set (144) and 22 for situps (154). I also use an air bike for 20 minutes while watching Anime.
Eating less, cooking my own food... things are pretty good, although I still have 20 pounds to lose...
