DieRuhe: I don't work out. Just never interested in it. I was in the Army and always hated PT even though it was good for me. I'm also not a big "foodie" either; I basically eat because I have to. I'd be happy if "food pills" were invented - pop one and go.
I'm a bit late but somehow I missed the thread. You might be interested in stuff like this. Apparently one ration has 1/3 of the minimal daily nutritional needs for an adult, so you're set to go with 3 "meals" a day. I recently started having it for breakfast and so far it's good.
In USA I think the best choice is Soylent, which was also the first product of this kind.
Quite a bit of activity in this subreddit if somebody is interested in the topic. It's not only about Soylent, but all the *lent products.
