You guys rock! Thank you for the games... Looking forward to GoG Galaxy!! :)
It was a great sale! It had bundled discounted series, low-priced fresh games. It has even got suspense! :)
Thanks, GOG!
Looks like it was a great sale. Unfortunately I haven't had much time to check. However, I'm sure there'll be another one.

skeletonbow: And thanks very much for making your games available to gamers DRM-free through the GOG distribution platform! I just checked and it appears that there are 32 Nordic games in the GOG catalogue which is probably on the high end for number of games from a single company here.

Looking through my game shelf, I own 15 of them here on GOG, 4 of them on Steam which are on GOG (2 bought there before they were available here, and the 2 Full Spectrum Warriror games because I wanted multiplayer support), and I've got 1 on DVD and 1 from another DRM-free retailer. 11 of the other titles are on my wishlist for future buys!

Thanks again for providing your games here!
So I guess I should say: thanks for buying our games ;) hope you like them!

In terms of additional titles (also possible ones from the former THQ portfolio) we are of course always in touch with our friends from GOG to see what we can make happen. Some are easier than others (Red Faction, Full Spectrum Warrior, Summoner vs. Darksiders (DRM), Red Faction Guerrilla + Armageddon (GfWL, DRMs) etc.) and some are now having additional issues (Gamespy service shut down) which we need to solve first - but as you already said, we have a huge catalogue on GOG and our plan is to definitely add more :-)

Cheers
It was a good sale. One of GOG's Best. Completed some game collections and bought some entire ones. The only thing I would complain about is that it was always the same games were always on flash sale but there was still a huge variety so It doesn't matter.

darthyip: Awesome sale! I bought more games during this sale than I probably have in the past two years. Thanks GOG!. Now I just need to build a time machine in order to be able to play them all.
I am going to be in the same boat i think lol. So if you work out how to get the time machine working let me know :)

Niggles: So anyone solved the mystery of the non appearance of Banished?;)
avatar
Bambusek: GOG trolled us all. ;)
No but they should give it away free if they work it out. I was bummed that Shovel Knight wasn't on sale even if it did just come out. Maybe next time :)
avatar
CelestialBunny: Note to GOG - you owe all of us Banished for free, you will not escape this hilarious failure anytime soon :)
Isn't banished like less than an hr play length or something anyway :)

KittyKay: Anyone have any advice on the Bullfrog Classics or RollerCoaster Tycoon Series bundles? They both look kind of appealing but I've never played any of the games in either bundle so I'm wondering if they are good buys or not.
I had alot of trouble getting Syndicate wars to work on win 7 64 so gave up in the end.
Not that worried as i still have it on disc and can play it on my old pentium 2 266 i keep around for troublesome old games :)

Cifer29: Wow this was a big one and on the whole a really good one. You guys managed to make me almost forget about the steam sale (I bought a total of 2 games worth not even 2 € on steam) and you got all my gaming budget (I even had to stretch it a little but just a bit). So Thanks for making my wallet bleed out and I am looking forward to the next sale.

P.S. On a sidenote even so I think there could have been one or two minor things that you could have done better overall your sale was a hell of a lot better than the one steam had which was also a reason why I spent a bit more than I wanted to in the first place.
Most games were cheaper here than the steam sale. I thought steam sale was a bit ordinary this year though it was probably more that i had the games already that interested me.
i did pick up Mortal Kombat Komplete editon for .4.95 though which seemed like a bargain.

Tranquil.Suit: Greetings,

I have the full bundles of:
Tex Murphy Classics (-80%)
Telltale's Sam and Max (-90%)
Legacy Of Kain Saga(-75%)

So I can buy and gift individual games from those bundles at full discount. Pm me if interested (yes, I have traded in the past)

xoxoxoxo
I miss Telltales proper adventure games like this . Such a shame all they do now is glorified choose your own adventure books

Hopefully this is a good tip to share with everyone as if you are like me it is so easy to forget.

If you find yourself running out of hard drive space , especially during Gog sales. Delete the game downloads once they are installed :) . This is something i constantly forget to do and found i had 200 gb of downloaded game files no longer required.

GOG is teh awesome, certainly beat Steam on the sale front, keep doing ubah sales and promos, can never have enough games going DRM free :)
your sale finished early, was 10pm GMT here, came home and it was all over missed a few bargains for sure.
Thank you gog!

It was such a nice opportunity for me, to buy some strategy games I was looking for a long time: nexus, moo 1&2, fragile allegiance, galciv, disciples, shadow magic, haegemonia, crusader hd, european escalation and of course alpha centauri.. if only there was homeworld 1 & 2 too..

Also, thanks for the freebies! Although I already had torchlight from a previous giveaway here on gog and still life 2 does not interest me much, the other 3 games are a welcome addition to my shelf.. :-)

Now, off to enjoy the summer..! :-)

This was probably the best sale yet. That said, YOUR FRONT PAGE SECURITY IS STILL BROKEN. FIX IT, DUDES. IT'S NOT THAT HARD. STOP HALF-ASSING YOUR INTERNATIONAL STOREFRONT.
I bought way to many games lol. I do agree the security seems to be broken for UK mobile platforms. It refused me every time I tried to make a mobile purchase which made flash sale 'on the fly' purchases impossible. Same error when trying to view my games library too.

Just got my credit card bill.

$115.34

Whoops. For some reason I was thinking it was about half that.

(Don't tell my wife!)
