There are quite a few FPS games on GOG already of course too, and it would be great to see them gain Galaxy support. Even though I don't play any of them multiplayer now I'd be curious to do so through Galaxy just to see familiar faces online and be able to socialize with many GOGgers in a new way likely. If new games show up here also, either that exist out there already and get Galaxy support added, or are newly created games with Galaxy and crossplay etc. - all the merrier. I just don't believe we're likely to see any that show up here as Galaxy exclusive though.

If someone has the money to cough up to buy the Crytek engine they're unlikely to use it to make a GOG Galaxy exclusive title IMHO. :)

Again, I never mentioned anything about exclusivity. I mentioned this in my earlier posts.

Oh certainly, having any FPS games here updated to use Galaxy will be a good thing old or new and I'm sure we'll see that happen sooner or later. In that case I'd agree with you and I also think it would help boost the socialization on GOG in a whole new way too.

I'd personally love to see Chivalry Medieval Warfare show up here as a free game, so it could be used for calling out people in medieval sword fighting duels as a form of forum dispute resolution. That would be crazy ass fun. ;oP

Obviously big name AAA games that are available only on Steam/Uplay/Origin are pretty unlikely (Call of Duty series, Tom Clancy newer titles, ArmA 3, Valve games, Battlefield series, etc.), but there may be some AA, A, or other games that stand a possibility to show up sometime, so the question is...

What existing FPS games on GOG right now would people like to see gain GOG Galaxy multiplayer support?

Why not just make it DRM-free and have it on multiple services? I don't see a problem with that, but many companies don't want to go with that option anyways.

What do you mean? Developers/publishers hosting the games themselves AND not having a DRM check of any kind? You know, that was quite common like ten years ago. Also, almost all of these games are dead. :P Developers should just go with Steamworks + Galaxy and everyone will be happy, assuming that Galaxy will actually work well.

That's a decent selection right there IMHO. Oh and before I forget, another game that would be excellent to see with Galaxy multiplayer support would be Postal 2.

I don't really do a whole lot of multiplayer, so I see multiplayer as only one part of galaxy. I still say the volume of games is more important than one single game.

You won't get it. They've already said that the Galaxy multiplayer service only works with games that are made specifically for it. It's no different than Steamworks multiplayer, it's just made by GOG instead. And presumably it'll work outside of the client as well, as opposed to Steam.

Running With Scissors is working on GOG Galaxy support right now for a future update for Postal 2. Some other games may be as well, and GOG has stated that they will do what they can for as many games in the catalogue as possible so this isn't black or white really. Some games we already know for sure are getting Galaxy support, some others are "looking into it" and others very well might consider the option once it is available with or without the coaxing of GOG. Some of the games on the list are more likely than others, in particular the newer games, but since this is a wish list and not a "I believe this is definitely going to happen in 3 days 300% list"...
