Srice n' shoot!

Shadow Warrior Complete, the legendary over-the-top FPS starring Lo Wang, the ultimate Asian badass, is now available on GOG.com for only $5.99!

There is the way of the sword, the way of the fist, the way of the sub-machine gun, and the way of the sticky bomb. But there's also the way of Lo Wang, that combines them all. It also adds a bit from the path of ass-kicking and gets much inspiration from the driveway of dukedom. To define the way of Lo Wang in layman's terms, it's a Fu Manchu Kung Pao tao ninja tofu Beijing kung fu teriyaki Tokyo ramen kawaii Gangnam hentai sushi katana usagi shuriken miso samurai fighting style, but it differs from the traditional Fu Manchu Kung Pao tao ninja tofu Beijing kung fu teriyaki Tokyo ramen kawaii Gangnam hentai sushi katana usagi shuriken miso samurai fighting style in that it embraces the gift of rail-gun.

Shadow Warrior Complete feels like a mix of Duke Nukem 3D with every bad kung fu movie ever made. Lo Wang is just as much outspoken as the Duke, and the humor here is even more tongue-in-cheek. The game is brutal and bloody, maybe even more than Duke's adventures, thanks to the use of katanas. The story of revenge over the Zilla Corporation takes us through 22 creative maps crafted in 3D Realms' updated Build engine. The Twin Dragon expansion adds another 13 levels and the elusive Wanton Destruction map-pack brings in 12 further arenas of mayhem. You get all that, and a soundtrack, in our Shadow Warrior Complete pack!

Are you ready for some badassery, blood, guts, and racial stereotypes? In other words: who wants some Lo Wang? Grab Shadow Warrior Complete, for only $5.99!

Sargon: Not so funny but still memorable:
In the Diablo demo an ominous voice reprimanded you if you tried to go down to the third? floor. "That is forbidden in the demo!"
The funny thing is that I recall it was trivial to "hack" it to allow you to play floors 3 and 4 as well :)

doccarnby: Try Ultimate Torment and Torture. Very good pack.

As for Shadow Warrior, I already have it from 3DRealms, so I think I'll put off getting it here for now, but this is great.

Fun parody inspired by If Quake was done today
The second episode is the best.

"The keycards Taggart. Tell us what they mean."

I didn't know :-) Maybe the "forbidden in the demo" was a last minute decision.

Oooh, exciting. Wishlisted for now but I will be buying this ASAP.
AT. LAST. Bought instantly. Waited for it since beginning. Good to see the expansion packs :]
Awesome awesome! I missed this one and always wanted to try it!
YES! Bought because its fucking Shadow Warrior. Time to relive my childhood again :D.
Been waiting for this one. Time for some kung fu badassery.
FINALLY! It's time for some Wang. Po lo fa wigi ligi migi.
Wow! I never expected the Spanish, er, the Shadow Warrior on GOG!

After years of regret for having never bought it, I hunted it down on Amazon earlier this year and managed to find it for $4 and played it. What a gas! But it didn't contain any expansion packs. So I'm very pleased that GOG's version has not one, but TWO, expansions.

Thank you, Mr. G!

I missed it too, even though I was playing games in the 90s when it came out. I wonder why we missed it? I do remember there was some pretty decent controversy at the time of its release over its political-uncorrectness. So I wonder if a lot of retailers refused to carry it? I can't think of any other reason I would have passed this by on purpose... other than just not being able to find it in stores at the time.

Having played the base game earlier this year, I found it far less offensive than, say, Duke Nukem 3D. Neither game bothered me, but comparing the two games, Duke's language seems far more "graphic" than Lo Wang's. I don't believe Lo ever utters any "expletives". In fact, the most "offensive" thing Lo Wang says is "huh, must have been made in America" but that's only because I'm American, and I wasn't offended! Maybe some of his other language is offensive to others? Dunno.

Sure seems harmless by today's standards!

Very happy to see this here. I'll definitely wishlist it. I'm glad to see they gave us the complete version with expansions. I hope one day they can do the same with Duke3D.

Duke 3d Atomic Edition is the complete version with the single expansion.
Ha, ha. What a great release. This one will be fun.

The offensiveness is all the asian stereotypes condensed into 1 man.
Fun fact: The European release of the game replaced the Shurikens with Darts. I still have the game CD, unfortunately I threw out the box and manual when I moved a long time ago.

I'm referring to the stuff that comes with the Kill-A-Ton collection , Nuclear Winter , and the Carribean expansion. I know that there's licensing issues with them but I hope they get resolved at some point.
