Srice n' shoot!

Shadow Warrior Complete, the legendary over-the-top FPS starring Lo Wang, the ultimate Asian badass, is now available on GOG.com for only $5.99!

There is the way of the sword, the way of the fist, the way of the sub-machine gun, and the way of the sticky bomb. But there's also the way of Lo Wang, that combines them all. It also adds a bit from the path of ass-kicking and gets much inspiration from the driveway of dukedom. To define the way of Lo Wang in layman's terms, it's a Fu Manchu Kung Pao tao ninja tofu Beijing kung fu teriyaki Tokyo ramen kawaii Gangnam hentai sushi katana usagi shuriken miso samurai fighting style, but it differs from the traditional Fu Manchu Kung Pao tao ninja tofu Beijing kung fu teriyaki Tokyo ramen kawaii Gangnam hentai sushi katana usagi shuriken miso samurai fighting style in that it embraces the gift of rail-gun.

Shadow Warrior Complete feels like a mix of Duke Nukem 3D with every bad kung fu movie ever made. Lo Wang is just as much outspoken as the Duke, and the humor here is even more tongue-in-cheek. The game is brutal and bloody, maybe even more than Duke's adventures, thanks to the use of katanas. The story of revenge over the Zilla Corporation takes us through 22 creative maps crafted in 3D Realms' updated Build engine. The Twin Dragon expansion adds another 13 levels and the elusive Wanton Destruction map-pack brings in 12 further arenas of mayhem. You get all that, and a soundtrack, in our Shadow Warrior Complete pack!

Are you ready for some badassery, blood, guts, and racial stereotypes? In other words: who wants some Lo Wang? Grab Shadow Warrior Complete, for only $5.99!
This makes me so freakin happy! This crappy week just got so much better! INSTA-BUY!

Zacron: Haha, okay. I only send that PM because GOG did not tell me you replied at all.

EDIT: In fact, it did not tell me that anyone at all replied today, or the past few days.

EDIT 2: I cannot run the Shortcuts. How exactly does this work?
I'm using Windows XP, so I apologize if your system is different.
Right-click on the shortcut, go to 'Properties', go to the 'Program' tab, and make sure the shortcut points to the folders that you've extracted to. Cmd line should point to the exact location of dosbox.exe. Working should point to the folder that contains the .conf files.

That's why, Windos 7 64-Bit does not work with PIF files.

EDIT: I can make some Batch Files that do the same thing, now that I know how they work.

Just out of curiosity, is there a reason why the PC version is 230MB and the Mac version 880MB?

Edit: Never mind, downloading it and unpacking it has revealed why - the Mac version uses three seperate complete installations of the game for the main game and its expansions.

Seems an awful waste of space TBH, but hey-ho.

Ah, I see. I shouldn't even be using .pif files either! I think you can make a shortcut to an executable, like by right-click dragging dosbox.exe, and just make sure under the 'Shortcut' tab that:
In 'Target' it would say:
"C:\Bio Menace\dosbox\dosbox.exe" -conf dosbox_bm1.conf -noconsole
For 'Start In' it would say:
"C:\Bio Menace"
That would then run episode 1.

That is exactly what I will do. and then I will create some Icons for the game. Once I do that, would you like me to share them?

Barry_Woodward: Regardless of which company owns them now, vote for games that 3D Realms / Apogee Software were involved with:
<snip>
Duke Nukem Forever
Duke Nukem: Land Of The Babes
Duke Nukem: Time To Kill
Duke Nukem: Zero Hour
Xenophage: Alien Bloodsport
Why?

Speaking of which, Xenophage is also freeware, as is Stargunner.

Correct me if I'm wrong but...isn't Xenophage a bad game that got mentioned on Lazy Game Reviews for being terrible?

Floydinizer: Blood
Duke Nukem 3D
Shadow Warrior

Are there any other important Build Engine games GOG should have?
Ken's Labyrinth! At least it's made by the creator of the Build engine anyway :)

I believe that's freeware now, actually. Ken Silverman is offering the full game on his website anyhow.

Yeah, that was pre-Build.

It's been freeware for awhile, I believe.

Zacron: Not sure exactly what you mean here, but We have had several brand new releases, and these two Gems (Terminal Velocity and this) proves that there are still old games that need to be resurrected. So Good on ya GOG.
I thought the smilie was indication enough that I was kidding. Some people tend to think GOG has slowed down on the old releases in favor of the new ones and I was pointing out how GOG tries to balance them both.
