It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

te_lanus: I'm using Firefox to download it, thus a webdownload.
If you could just try to use another browser to test if it still fails, please?

skeletonbow: One of the GOG CDN servers is using an invalid SSL certificate
Thanks, passed it to admins so they can check it.

mrkgnao: Same here. 16 seconds too.

ElTerprise: CarrionCrow and moonshineshadow confirmed it too.
Also both changing pages and opening game entries in library take longer. The whole library feels unresponsive.
Hmmm... I've tested my library page via multiple VPNs for US, Germany, Russia and it was working OK. Maybe it was temporary - please write to me on chat when this happens.

@te_lanus download scenarios you described works OK for me - I'll try on my Linux at home maybe, but please write to support, maybe they will know better? I'll do another guess - try to save the files in different location at your disk?
I can confirm that we have found the reason of slowed down libraries and made a fix. It will be deployed for you to GOG.com in around 18-24 hours, hopefully. :) We're sorry for the inconvinience.

P.S. How do you know my password is 12345? :/

jerff: [01 / 29 / 2016] Top bar breaks in Firefox on Linux (see attachement); Firefox 44.0, up-to-date Archlinux [Suport Tickect : No ] , [Resolved : No]

More details: recently the top bar on gog.com started behaving weirdly in Firefox, see the attached screenshot. I don't have any extensions such as AdBlock or Privacy Badger enabled for gog.com, and I don't get this problem in Chromium.
What FF version do you use?
avatar
jerff: 44.0 64-bit

Edit: by the way, I don't get this problem while I'm on the "Community" or "Support" tabs, but I do get it while on the "Games" or "Account" tabs.
Weird. Do you use any userscripts modifying GOG.com? Please try it in private mode.

jerff: No, I don't use any userscripts.

DIsabled all FF extensions, and opened GOG in private mode, still getting the same problem (see attachment).
Could you try rolling back to the previous FF version to see if this occurs in that version?

"Sign Up/Log In" buttons appeared. Also, there is "empty" space right under GOG COM logo.

This means your javascript broke at some stage - could you please open your browsers console, refresh the page and paste the output here, please? Then we can identify what's happening for you.

Also please write the version of your browser.

Also - as a first step - please disable GOG.com user scripts that you are using, or greasemonkey at all only to check if it's happening without them.

Yup - I can confirm it's on our side - fix is coming. Thank you for reporting!
The issue should be fixed now.

Friends requests marked as read when they are seen by the user will be considered.
Games with no release date showing now in pre-1995 was added as a bug some time ago - I hope it won't be long until it's fixed.

Can't promise anything, but we care!!! :)

VanishedOne: These two gamecards have two About: sections, the first ending in a Read more link which (at least on my browser) does nothing.

https://www.gog.com/game/pony_island
https://www.gog.com/game/kona_day_one
May I ask which browser this occurs on? The reason I ask is that I am on Chromium and I checked both of those cards and the "Read More" section expands as it should.

Are you using any add-ons and, if so, could you disable them temporarily in your browser and see if the issue occurs again.

mrkgnao: I see it on Firefox with all add-ons disabled.
Version?

Edit: I just checked at home with Firefox 44 and everything is working. I am not sure what's going on, to be honest.

No need for the screenshot on the Features field as that is being currently investigated :) I was referring to the "Read More" issue :)
