Seraphim: Odd, did you go check the "your choices" and selected GOG and confirmed your choice?
Just went though the process 15 mins ago and worked just fine here.

Piranjade: Could it be that you didn't use the alpha/beta keys? In that case your situation is different.
That could very well be it, I never used the beta key available to me as I wanted to wait for release.
PiranJade: As I wrote on Twitter, I got my GOG key by selecting it in the drop-down menu box... what I didn't realise is it was from an additional addon copy (I just checked). Mayhaps that's the difference?

It also says to come back later for GOG keys

Yes, GOG was my choice since day 1.

I redeemed my alpha/beta keys on Steam since day 1 also.

Did you use all of your alpha/beta keys? If not, your situation is different.

Have you activiated your GOG key yet? I redeemed mine but there's still no sign of the game on my shelf.

Yes, I used my alpha/beta keys and left them as Steam keys (did this a fair while back)

It was my additional digital copy bought as an addon that I changed to a GOG key and redeemed

Redeemed it and got a receipt from GOG but the game card only said "Soon" and not on the shelf yet.
I'd assume they're not allowed to release it earlier then Steam so another two hours?

I should get two copies ("Couples Pack"), gave away both alpha/beta keys because Larian stated back then that those keys would expire and we would get new ones for the complete game. And now I'm stuck in this mess without any key.
I wrote to Larian support over 3 hours ago. No answer so far, just the message in the Vault:
"If you have requested an Alpha key before on Steam, please bear with us as you will be able to change this to GOG very soon. If you do change this to GOG, the Steam key will stop working."

I want my two GOG keys. *sniff*

(I wonder what happens if one of the persons with the alpha/beta keys logs into Steam today...)

Same experience here. It's a bit disconcerting because the Witcher 3 game box is sitting on my shelf with the "Soon" flag on it. I'd have expected the same thing for D:OS while we're waiting for it to drop.
I redeemed mine on GOG successfully, but my "bring a friend" key is locked to Steam for some reason. I haven't redeemed that crap, of course. (Never redeemed for Steam beta; I don't like playing in betas, it spoils the final release, and CERTAINLY not on the pox that is Steam.)

It doesn't show in account/etc, but I got email confirmation.

"When it's ready."

Famous last words.

I didn't but I'm in the same boat as you. ?_?

Yeech. I'd take that up with Larian if I were you.

And I agree about Betas. I'm not interested in getting a spoilery, crappy, buggy first impression of a game I've been looking forward to. It's going to be a real discipline during the Torment: ToN beta but I'll hold out.
"We are in the process of updating our site to include the Option to change digital distribution preferences. Sorry about the delay!"

Guess we wait a bit more :)
*grumble* They should just have stayed with letting the old keys expire and giving everyone new keys as they were chosen. Just like they originally said they would.
Now all this mess is going on because they didn't want the steam users who played in beta to have to download the whole game again.
Good choice.
