Vagabond: A post-zombie apocalypse MMO/FPS/RPG/RTS.

L4D?! Zombie Panic?!
How about a fairly standard space 4X game, say Sins or something, with the addition of a couple of things... (wing commander armada I think originally gave me this idea, can't remember why now)
1. When you invade a planet, it becomes an RTS game, or perhaps even closer to the action, being able to control an individual soldier/tank etc. (and when one dies, you can hop into another, until the battle is finished)
2. When you attack fleet-to-fleet, you can control a specific ship, Elite style.
A game featuring the story/lore from the Warcraft universe, the open world setting from the Elder Scrolls universe, the graphics from Crysis, and lots and lots of character depth, something like from Neverwinter Nights 2.
The game would be a First-Person/Open-Ended/Role-Playing Game.

Andy_Panthro: Your Dr Who idea made me think of the game of the film of the book, BladeRunner.
For a new prospect, I'd make some sort of crazy mix of Ultima, Jagged Alliance, Baldurs Gate and Fallout.
It's such an awesome prospect even I can't fully realise its potential...

Sounds good, though I personally would prefer to have it take place in the classic Dune universe (after Frank Herbert's books and in his style) with all the different factions available.
Once it's complete I'll quite my job, use my bottomless bank account to live from while I play that game for the rest of my life.
My ideal game would be a bit of a blend between Starflight/Star Control II, Independence War 2, and Battlecruiser/Universal Combat (only with a much better-designed interface).
The basic gist? In another universe, formed long after this one, a strange species of chimeras (that is, they look like amalgations of other sentient races) has found some ancient starships on their planet, with no recollection of how they got there. Unfortunately, neither is in operational condition (and the databanks that store any valuable historic data are mostly corrupt), but it turns out that by taking certain components from each vessel, they can create one functional starship. Several years pass, and the project is finished. (It would have helped if they weren't stuck with 18th-century-Earth-tech upon the initial discovery.)
You play as the captain of the new starship, tasked with exploring space for myriad reasons-finding planets that can support life, discovering the history of the ships and your own race, striking good relations with any other sentient species that may exist, etc. Unfortunately, it soon becomes clear that while there are other sentients out there, they don't get along very well-some of them especially don't like YOU for reasons you'll have to discover, and will express that with their weapons. (This is basically the SF/SC2 aspect of being more about exploration, adventure, and possible diplomacy with other sentients.)
For the most part, the game plays like a space sim (and note that I do mean "sim", as in Newtonian physics, detailed subsystems and damage models, and whatnot), where you're in the pilot seat of your race's very first capital starship. Of course, you also have the option to pilot small fighters and other myriad vehicles if need be-perhaps you can pilot a boarding vessel into an enemy capital ship and fight it out within FPS-style! And, of course, you can land on planets, where it takes on a bit more of an FPRPG aspect as you wander around to build bases, find artifacts, make contact with any surface-dwelling sentients, etc.
Note that your starship has an advanced replicator that can create small ships and whatnot on the atomic level, if you have the resources. Some of those ships happen to be drones that will automatically construct a station/building out of an asteroid or planet surface (if you've played Allegiance, you'll get the basic idea). These stations could be defense posts, docks to repair and replenish your ships, colonies, etc., and thus it also has a taste of 4X as well. (Note that all the other sentient races also have these structures, which you may dock and trade with, destroy, take over, etc.)
Unfortunately, this game will never be made for obvious reasons-the scale is ludicrous. Even Derek Sm-er, 3000AD probably couldn't create a game like this, and definitely not with a decent interface!
You shoud definitely check out Infinity, which seems to fit you quite well.
It's not out yet, but a prototype exists. See infinity-universe.com for details.
A physics based fighter in the manner of the Fight Night series but not necessarily based on reality.
Some features:
-Damage is not predetermined. All attacks are determined by physics.
-Mass, height, and speed of fighters is taken into account when assessing stamina, strength, etc.
-Body parts are damaged independently allowing for disabling specific limbs causing specific disadvantages such as slower movement and decreased attack power.
-Character creation allowing for full customizability of appearance and physical attributes.
-Multiple martial arts styles that can be learned and switched on the fly.
-Fighters evolve and age through experience.
As much as I enjoyed Tekken back in the day, the whole genre is stagnating. The hyper stylized and exaggerated Street Fighter IV is refreshing, but changing up the whole idea of what a fighting game should be would revitalize interest in the genre.
The last fighting game that did anything remotely unique was Bushido Blade on the PlayStation 1, as flawed and unbalanced as it was.
Bushido blade was awesome. A mate and I once did 500 rounds in one sitting, about half of which was us just playing chasies with a sword being the ultimate way of saying 'you're it'

My dream game would be a fusion of RealMyst, Bioshock and the TV show Lost.
Think about it.
Your trapped on an island. No guns around until much later into the game(although melee weapons are common). Ammo ALWAYS very scarce. Heavy emphasis on exploration and puzzle solving, along with the occasional shooting and killing of enemies. A native tribe that are masters of stealth. Secret underground facility under the island. Mostly abandoned. Some type of experimentation had been going on. Created strange mutants that sometimes appear.

Yeah, that game did a lot unconventional things. Multi tiered stages that all linked together so that battles can run across different maps. You could also play dirty by throwing mud in your opponent's face.
Good game that could use a current gen update. There was the PS2 launch title Kengo, but I never played it.

Infinity may be partway there, but isn't it going to be an MMOG?
This might be the type of game that I only want to play singleplayer or co-op, as having most of the characters as human players could kill the experience for me. (Also, I hate recurring fees.)

Yes it is, but not in the traditional sense. There will be no stats-based things. So shooting all those enemy fighters will be a matter of skill, not "my aiming-stats are higher than yours".
Imagine something like EVE online without all that stats crap, flying all the ships yourself from an ego perspective and newtonian physics. It's a hybrid of let's say I-War and Elite or the X series as an MMO. I've spent some time reading the developer discussions in their forums, must say this is the most promising game I've come across in many years.
Oh, and the hand-flying from space onto a planet surface already works in the developers demos (with mind-boggingly high frame numbers, this won't be a resource hog).
A threesome with two lesbians...
Oh wait, videogames, I see.... Well, a videogame with a threesome with two lesbians and cyber-sex could be nice, then....

Surely you'd want the girls to be bi-sexual. If they were actually lesbian then they wouldn't be interested in you at all? (I'm assuming you're male of course.)
