Nice necro. There have been some other threads on this subject, and I mentioned the game I'd love to create, but with an access to a bottomless account and any game devs and licenses I want, I think I'll add another game: Amber Universe.

You are a prince of Amber, or at least one of the family, with powers over Shadow. You can go anywhere in Shadow, discover worlds with any look, physics and inhabitants you can or can't think of. By creating gradual changes in the environment you can reach any world of your desire. Your can also build vast armies with the inhabitants of these worlds and lead them to battle for control of Shadow, Amber or the Courts of Chaos, and you can use your power over Shadow to put obstacles in front of other armies and lead them astray in Shadow.

Halo Collection with all games 1080p 60 fps on PC exclusively.

Probably something like a messed up version of real life with monsters, weirdness and the occasional attractive woman...
My dreams can be pretty weird at times.

Ghost in the Shell open world stealth/action/shooter/hack game from Arkane Studios and KojiPro with GTAV money

I'd say either
a proper long Warcraft 4 game with a great story (like Warcraft 3), or
a sequel to Mech Commander 2 with lots of mechs and customization, or
a resurrection of Van Buren with a slight graphics overhaul, or
another Hardwar game / Freelancer (without any FPS sections!!), or
Kotor 3 that's as vast as the first two games put together!

An old west open world RPG, with no fantasy or scifi elements. On an engine similar to fallout 1 or 2.

I also actually dreamt two things :

A top down RPG with minimalist but thin graphics (not blocky and low res, but more like Sundog-type stickmen), but with incredible depth in the form of contextual menus when you click.on.anything, that gives you a huge range of possible actions.

A scifi RTS very much like Act of War, but with the fights happening on the surface, while you also manage your sheltered society undeground by digging and building rooms in an Evil Genius or Ufo or Sim City way, managing resources, food, schools, etc. Almost parallel games, military and civilian, RTS and society/town builder, but with mutual consequences (like a propaganda slider in certain rooms/building affecting your available troops on the surface RTS)...

I still have to play it and it does look awesome, but what I'm talking about is a similar isometric post apocalyptic game but :
Like F1 and F2 it shouldn't really be a party based game, with only 2/3 henchmen max, and
like F1 and F2 it should be extremely open world. Admittedly, I'm not sure how open world Wasteland 2 is having not yet played it. It's on my backlog :)

UnderRail looks pretty sweet too, if it ever gets out of Early Access...

My dream game is an actual game, SSX3. I can't imagine a game that would be more perfect and fun.

Cool stuff, didn't know about that. The fallout inspiration is strong with this one, and some of the visuals even look a bit like a cross between LBA and Fallout.

I want a sci-fi action-adventure game set on a spaceship, space-station or weird planet.
I basically want a game like GTA 5, Sleeping Dogs, Red Dead Redemption, LA Noire, Max Payne 3 or Deadly Premonition, but all set in space. Perhaps on some space station, as in the movie 'Outland' with Sean Connery, or perhaps on a travelling spaceship as in the Voyager, Farscape or Serenity series.
